We came here for the black bean burger because it was highly recommended. It was just ok but what was even more troubling was the lack of cleanliness and it is apparent that it didn't just get this way in a couple of days it's been a while since this place was really cleaned. It appears to have a lack of management and a group of young people running the place.

Locally owned and operated, PT's Grille is the best place to get a good old fashion burger and fries! They are indeed a great family with loads of passion for what they do!

It was my first time having it and let me tell you!!! It did not disappoint!!! I called in my order and I had great customer service over the phone. Those fries …. Oh my goodness … and the amount of fries!!! That was the best cheeseburger I have had and the price was not bad at all. I cannot wait to return!

Food is great, per usual.
But tell the girl working up front to cool her jets. Hollered out my order before I even gave her the paper, so now no cheese 😒
Burgers in baskets with fries how can you go wrong? You can't. Get everything twice.

PT Grille is an average sandwich shop that uses good ingredients and has a limited selection. It is fairly priced and the quality and quantity is pretty standard. You are greeted with a friendly smile and the greeter prepares your drinks which are served in styrofoam cups while you complete a check sheet to order your sandwiches, you circle your condiments, and use this paper to pay before leaving. They have plenty of parking and seating, including a small outside patio. The interior is clean and the seating is comfortable. They stock ketchup and napkins on the tables and that’s it. They have a choice between 8 vs 4 oz burgers which are very tastee and they put grill marks on top of the buns. If you want to run in, grab a sandwich, fries, and drink (they have salads & chicken choices too) then this is a perfect place to go.
Parking: It’s a big plaza with plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome and they have kid size options on the menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is an easy place to roll a wheel chair into and find a table to eat.

We had tried PT Grille before and liked it. HOWEVER, today was INCREDIBLY disappointing me and my boyfriend came in and both got chicken sandwiches with fries and the tea. When we got our drinks, the tea we both got tasted watered down but I didn’t think it was a big deal….the chicken sandwiches we got were inedible and disappointing. It really sucked and on top of that we waited over half an hour and paid $28 dollars only to have a meal that ended up going in the trash because it was completely charred on both sides . The girl that took our order was very nice but overall, I was disappointed with the food quality and very hesitant to return.

The fries tasted like five guys but the overall experience reminded me of Which Which. As soon as you go in you go to the counter and order on a piece of paper like Which Which. This is like the burger version. The burgers tasted good and were not too greasy and had good flavor. I got the food soon after sitting down. Both mine and my husbands meal was a little over $20 together. They also do military discount. And the drink is included in the meal.

I’ve eaten there several times and the food is usually good. This time I ordered a take out order of their burger, fries and drink combination. Upon arrival at home, I took out the container of fries to discover that it contained approximately 6 whole fries. The remainder was nothing but bits and pieces too small to pick up with your fingers. Having paid $15 for the meal to say I wasn’t happy was an understatement. I would have sent it back had it not been a take out order. For $15 my expectations are for a great hamburger, great fries and a drink.

Hello my friends!
Tried this place on a whim, wasp looking for a good burger place in Goldsboro that wasn't gonna break the bank.
I was pleasantly surprised. Enough to keep going back. Atmosphere is typical small Mom and Pop place. The service is quick and friendly( no matter how busy they are), I have try them at 3 different times of the day and different days of the week.
The food is hot, fast, tasty and hearty. Good portions for your money.
But don't take my word for it, try them yourselves!
Until next time- Stay hungry my foodie friends!!

Nothing to write home about. Burger was dry. Tea was not very good. Fries aren't great. Chicken tenders are low quality. Grilled chicken sandwich was good. They have fresh squeezed lemonade, which was good as well. All the food was hot and service was good.
