I LOVE P.T.'S! In my opinion, they have hands down the best burger in Goldsboro, NC! Some other P.T.'S favorites are the grilled chicken sandwich, turkey sandwich w/ pimento cheese, and of course the fries!Also, my real estate firm recently utilized them for catering as well, and Blake went above and beyond to cater to all of our needs. He showed up early and set up a 30 person burger bar.When in Goldsboro, you have to stop in for lunch or dinner!

Sign on door said they close at 9PM, and they were already locked up shortly after 8PM. If they are going to close at 8PM, they shouldn't advertise that they are open until 9PM. Very disappointing as I generally enjoy their sandwiches and fries.

Their fresh squeezed lemonade was the perfect amount of tart & sweet. Service was quick. We placed an order to eat in & one order to go...The staff paid attention to us eating & just as we were done they began prepping our to-go order....doing this made it so our to-go order not sitting around, getting cold, GREAT customer service! We would go back, and enjoy the fact that it was a local place, not a chain.

Ordered 3 8-oz cheeseburgers in a takeout order, received what look to be a child’s version on each. Patty’s cut on both sides into a triangle.Ordered CHEESEburgers with lettuce, tomato and mayo…. No cheese, on any of the 3.
The fries here are amazing, I was greeted when I came in and immediately my drink order was taken the young girl at the counter was very nice. I wasn't a fan of the lemonade I ordered and she was kind enough to change with no problem (I offered to pay and she was like girl no?). I received my food, it was really good, my turn off point came when a gentleman came from the back he asked the table behind me if they needed anything, he refilled their drinks, skipped me, went to the table in front of me, asked them if they needed anything, and went to the next table and also asked them. Never acknowledged me, not once, one of us did not look like the others and it showed for this young gentleman when he chose to ignore me. A few minutes later the young lady who greeted me came over and asked if I needed anything and refilled my drink she also asked ALL the other tables, (thank you) I finished my food, paid, left a tip for the nice young lady and left. I won't return though.

Visiting my Mom in the hospital.... I decided to run down to P.T.'s to get some real food. Having lived in Wilmington... I've always been a huge fan of all the P.T.s in Wilmington.... And I had eaten in the Goldsboro location a couple of times before also.Worst P.T.s experience EVER. There was one young girl up front taking the orders and 4 young guys wandering around in the grill area. I realized right quick they were not real interested in working. They were basically chatting amongst themselves.... While the young girl ran back and forth front to back taking orders, checking fries, running the food out to the only 2 tables waiting. She was working her butt off !Long story short.... It took forever to get my turkey sammich.... And it was about the skimpiest one I've ever had..... And no offer of tea refill or check on my food to ask if everything was ok.As a business owner myself.... I thought you'd like to know. My visit was Saturday, September 30th, about 6 or 7 pm.

I had some time to kill at lunch today so I decided against fast food. PT's seemed like a kind of fast food option that would take just a bit longer and offer a step up from the drive thru experience. It was all that. The young lady that waited on me was friendly and the ordering process was simple. I ordered an Old Fashioned Burger which came with fries and a drink. There wasn't a long wait time at all and the place was fairly busy. Maybe 5 minutes. The burger was hot and fresh and the seasoned fries were delicious. Great lunch today for me. I am only in town for a short time but I will probably be back.

My favorite burger spot! Super friendly staff! They have the best house made ranch dressing!! Staff checks on you while you eat to make sure you don’t need anything else. If it’s not busy, they offer to take your trash for you. Today I tried a healthier option and got a black bean burger with no bun and they were happy to accommodate my request of putting it on a bed of lettuce and even cut up my tomatoes into bite-sizes. I love the seasoning they use on the fries, just great food overall. Thank you.Vegetarian options: I ordered a black bean burger on a bed of lettuce with tomato and pickles. You could also add onions if you want.

Hubby picked up roast beef sandwiches tonight. They were horrible! Tasted like chemicals. Really bad. Threw it away. Honestly, he likes the place but said these were terrible. He said lunchtime is better. I have my doubts. My last sandwich from there. Third chance for me and the last!
