The staff is completely rude and intimidated.. I stood there for 10 minutes one morning waiting for an order that was that was already ready.. But the workers were back there ignoring me and talking amongst themselves and the manager in duty?? Please what a joke 🙄

Had an amazing experience with Kailey in the catering department, and the rest of the Panera bread team. From start to finish they made the process easy. I had the Fuji apple salad and autumn squash soup for my baby shower. The food was fresh, beautifully arranged, and a huge hit with everyone!

I’m really impressed with the level of care and attention to detail. I could feel that they genuinely wanted my event to go perfectly. I’ll definitely be ordering from Panera Catering again!

Disgusting
The staff here are rude. But I can manage that. The restaurant is filthy. We arrived at 7:30am. The premade teas were less than 1/3 full so they were obviously from the day before. We sat outside (only customers in the store) and the area where you leave plates was swarming with flies and had many plates left there from the day before. Where is management to make sure this place is clean?

Worst customer service — no attention at all. Went through the drive-thru and they didn’t include utensils for soup or even napkins. Ordered an avocado sandwich that came with no avocado. Completely unacceptable.

UPDATE: still no resolution. Ordering ahead for dive through is still a waste of time.

You truly need to figure out the order pick up via drive through. Too many cars placing orders and blocking everything while waiting 5-10min to have their order ready. You have two designated spots to send them to in order to wait vs making everyone else who placed orders ahead wait forever to just pick up food.

Poor management. Rude, disrespectful unprofessional and racist. Witnessed her talking down to her employees and belittling her staff. Her position should provide guidance and grace. I feel sorry for those working at this establishment.
