It took 2 hours for them to deliver my pizza, it took them so long they had to remake everything. This wasn't even a busy night not a holiday, not a sporting event just a Tuesday and over 2 hours to get it delivered, absolutely unacceptable.

Usually papa johns is great but this one burns the pizza crust, thins the crust on a regular pizza, and when it was delivered it was cold. We tried calling the store and they had no idea how to help. I guess it's domino's from now on.

I’m sure the pizza would have been great when it was fresh, but it tasted like it had been sitting in an insulated bag for two hours (that’s how late the delivery was). Door Dash delivered the pizza but if you’re going to have another company deliver your merchandise, you need to be responsible for it. Called an hour and a half in and the employee didn’t act like she knew anything about my order. Also ordered and payed for sauces I didn’t receive. I’ve normally had great experiences with this location…

I don’t know who they had working the phones tonight, but I swear she had to have been drunk the way she made me repeat everything I said a million times and giggled every time she couldn’t remember what I said. I became so frustrated I just decided to forget the whole thing and canceled my order.

Twice I’ve been disappointed from this store. Today I ordered delivery, to which the tip came out to almost $8.00, for a bill of 48.00 and to which there was also a $4.00 delivery fee. The driver arrives and he calls and tells me to come outside to pick up my delivery. ?? Why did I tip this person for? This store doesn’t care and it’s visible..

Firstly, my food was delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted the store manager, his tone was DISTASTEFUL AND DISGUSTINGLY RUDE, all because I had asked if my food could get delivered back to the correct address. When my food arrived it looked messed up, uncooked and incorrect. It looked like throw up & i did not even receive the stuff crust or my honey chipotle wings I asked for. I cannot make this up you guys.

I ordered online and put all my contact info in and asked for updates by text message. I put a message in the delivery drivers box that I only had a hundred dollar bill and to bring extra change. I nvr received a confirmation email for my order or any text messages from the store or driver. When the driver arrived my food he told me that they wouldn’t give him change and that I was supposed to have change before he got there. I was nvr told this until the driver arrived. I called the store and the manager told me it’s store policy and everyone knows this. I informed him that his stores incompetence in sending me info caused me to have to send the food back. He then place me on hold for 15 minutes and when he finally got back on the phone with me he forgot who he was talking to. I drove to the store and his answer to this was since I had gone thru driving to the store I coulda already gotten change and it was my fault. I told him to keep his food I didn’t want it at that point.

What a great team! The vibe is cohesive and you can see everyone working together. I think the manager Leo who was working was very friendly! Keep up the great work team! Love the basic pepperoni large pizza. It’s a classic and my fave go to!
