I ordered a pizza that never got delivered called headquarters no help. I've had several problems with this Papa John's in the past They don't care about their Customers. If they can't provide the service they offer, they don't need to be in business. They let the people that work for them do what they want to And I'm talking about the Goldsboro NC Location on Royal Avenue. Me and my family ordered food and were waiting on it to get here and it never came. Just sorry people working at the Company. Cancel my order and didn't even let me know. Because the people didn't want to work...... I will take my business elsewhere. I will never eat food from this company ever again.

I recently visited Papa John's in Goldsboro and was disappointed by the lack of warmth from the staff. Upon entering, I greeted them with a wave, but received no acknowledgment. After a brief wait, an employee approached to take my order. I had to initiate the conversation by asking how his day was going, as he didn't offer any pleasantries. This experience left me feeling that the customer service could use significant improvement.
Can get busy and require a wait. Not there fault but keep that in mind

worst papa johns I have ordered from in my entire life, order delivered to wrong address. Contacted store and informed of their mistake and they would resend order. After an hour had passed, I contacted the restaurant again and was informed by manager he had just arrived and was starting my order at that time. Still no food, still waiting 3 hours after order was originally placed!

Called and asked whether or not they were providing delivery considering the crap weather we've had lately in NC and if they deliver on base or not. They said yes to both and we proceeded to put our order in at 6:30 pm. At 7:50 we receive a notification that our order has been given to Doordash and that the delivery driver won't deliver to base. Ended up canceling our order and probobly won't try again.

It took 2 hours for them to deliver my pizza, it took them so long they had to remake everything. This wasn't even a busy night not a holiday, not a sporting event just a Tuesday and over 2 hours to get it delivered, absolutely unacceptable.
