Wish I had read the reviews first. Pizza came about 2 hours after ordering. I don't blame door dash because the person sat there and waited for it. She even sent me a text while waiting. Pizza came cold. Unbelievable. Last time we ordered service was great. Today will be last day.

The disrespect is critical idk who employed the lady there.....I door dash part time so I just left there at 530 pm in a soda was forgotten on the order the younger lady was professional that Older one who said I suppose to grab the drink in how long have I been doing this I have to laugh at that minimum wage humor ? because every pizza place I've been has everything ready not bits n pieces as I stated I'm not gonna take responsibility I could not said who I'm for yet I was honest in said door dashing

My husband ordered over $100 worth of pizzas for my surprise 30th. He ordered the day before and even paid in person⊠the pizza arrived 2 hours late and he ended up having to do take out instead of delivery, pizza was cold and soggy! Called and spoke to someone and told us we would be refunded, go to get refunded and the owner refused since we got the pizza. Regardless your service sucked and for us to be loyal customers we will NOT be ordering from you again! Donât have an employee say one thing and you do another!

I will never, Âčever order from them again, it took nearly two hours to get one large pizza, so it was nowhere close to fresh, soggy and just plan sucked. Then the girl and her momma that finally showed up in my driveway with one pizza as i was literally canceling the order says, Do you want to hold my phone while I go get change, uhhh no.....the pizza was so cold and old I didn't even try it. Ill stick with DoughBoys in rosewood. Horrible.

The food is what you expect when ordering Papa Johnâs. You know what else you would expect? To receive your order the way you placed it. However, at this particular Papa Johnâs, itâs always a gamble. While your main food items might be correct(ish), any addition or âextraâ item you might order will either be completely wrong or not present at all. Itâs like they see thereâs supposed to be an additional cup and just grab something in the dark to throw in there. Same for the seasoning packets which is a whole other scam. Dominoes pizza comes standard with the seasoning already on it. Just saying.I literally have never ever received the correct extras from this location so I will no longer waste my time.Also, Papa Johnâs uses DoorDash for delivery now. Itâs questionable whether the tip you add when ordering online actually goes to the DoorDasher or not but the few Dashers Iâve spoken to lead me to believe it doesnât. Give them cash instead.
