Wish I could report on more, but unfortunately waited over 10 minutes and was never waited on. From the previous reviews, seems like this place had a serious issue with customer service and has now regressed to not providing any service at all!

The food is great, but customer service needs a little work. Every time you go in to pick up an order, the staff just walk around looking at one until one of them decides to help. It would be understandable if they were busy, but they're usually not.
Vegetarian options: There are many creations you could make that do not contain meat, including pasta and pizza.
Place looks really understaffed. No one's at the front counter for over 5 minutes and there's 3 other guests waiting.

Stayed on hold for over 20 minute's to have an order, no one came back to the line on hold, I had to call back and ask to speak with an manager just to notify her of the bad service.
This place is the worst. Consistently incompetent with food that may or may not be fresh. No effort to do their job as expected which is just bare minimum stuff here. I would not recommend unless you are getting it for free.

My pizza took about 2 hours to deliver, I called and said my pizza was cold, like literally cold.. they replied, yea I know, we have a lot of orders.. So when I requested a refund, they said come up to the store, I will leave a note.. Got there, everyone looks confused, no note.. manager took care of it, but will never order from them again..
Worst pizza I've had in a long time. Not fresh. Warmed over twice. No flavor, tasted like cardboard!! Bones in sausage. Ordered a large and a medium and they gave me two mediums in a large and medium boxes! Management and welfare street thug workers to blame for restaurant decline.
Clean friendly service. Food was tasty and the wait was not long.
