Just went through the drive- thru. Checked my food before I left out the parking lot. My side of fries was missing. Went in with my box to show them my fries was missing and was told that I had to ask for fries. I TOLD THEM COMBO #5 WITH FRIES. I was even asked a second time what my side was. I was provided my side of fries just to get to my office AND HAVE SPICY STRIPS WHEN I ASKED FOR MILD. I just threw my entire lunch away. Not only is my lunch break over, I also wasted my money. Oh, no bbq was in the bag. Thanks for nothing!

Went through the drive-through and because I said I would not pull forward the Manager spit in my food, threw the chicken at me and told me that I was never going to get my food at all. This is the worst Popeyes ever to get food at whoever runs this place you need to do better am going to go to corporate and I'm going to sue you guys.

Always nice to get some chicken from Popeyes. Always hot and fresh. Staff always friendly. Sometimes it isn’t the cleanest in the dining area but they get busy. But I do love that chicken. My kids choose Popeyes over the other chicken places also because it’s fresh, not hard tenders or chicken and sides are great also. New caramel cheesecake thingy my son devoured also.

First off how do you run out of chicken after I ordered my food and said it was made and ready for pickup and secondly the staff members aren’t very welcoming to the establishment nor seem like they care very much about the place, always has dirty nasty tables and also nasty soda machines like seriously, how can you call this place a professional eating establishment like this

The bathrooms are disgusting, there's a massive puddle that I almost fell on, there's water puddling from the walls. Go to Zaxby's across the street, better food, service and cleanliness.

Customer service is nonexistent, waited in line for 10 minutes before being asked if we needed help. Cashier kept walking away from the register.
