These have to be the most Incompetent people I have ever encountered, they NEVER get my order right, and I’m always missing something. I ordered 6 piece bone in original hot wings and got 6 boneless honey wings, please explain to me how you got the mixed up.

First off how do you run out of chicken after I ordered my food and said it was made and ready for pickup and secondly the staff members aren’t very welcoming to the establishment nor seem like they care very much about the place, always has dirty nasty tables and also nasty soda machines like seriously, how can you call this place a professional eating establishment like this

The food is mid, the service is mid, took 7 minutes to get my food, someone else was told a spicy chicken sandwich would take 12 minutes. The bathrooms are disgusting, there's a massive puddle that I almost fell on, there's water puddling from the walls. Go to Zaxby's across the street, better food, service and cleanliness.

The problem is have with ALLLLLLLLL Popeyes now it's that they give you almost half the amount in a side container than they used to. They are shortchanging their customers while charging higher prices. FOR LESS FOOD!!!!

This is the second time using the app where the order came out incorrectly l. Customer service is a mess. Notified that app had put out an incorrect order for the second time in a row. Business is non BBB compliant so absolutely no consequences for running someone’s night! Steer clear of this location

They got our order wrong and we had to go back to get it right. I ordered it online so it’s literally not hard to read the order. Plus the inside was nasty and unclean. Customer service is nonexistent, waited in line for 10 minutes before being asked if we needed help. Cashier kept walking away from the register.

I recently had one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever encountered at Popeyes. After returning to the U.S. following six and a half years abroad, I was genuinely looking forward to enjoying the classic Popeyes meal I’ve missed: wings, red beans and rice, and a biscuit. Unfortunately, what I received was far from what I remembered.
From the moment I mentioned my order was wrong, the staff’s response was shockingly rude and dismissive. Despite being polite and courteous in pointing out the mistake, I was met with eye-rolling, huffs, and puffs, and even some initial pushback as if I had made the error. I had simply asked for wings with the sauce on the side, yet they served it drenched in sauce, arguing with me before realizing they had confused my order with another. Even after acknowledging their mistake, no apology was offered for the attitude or the mix-up. It was painfully clear they just didn’t want to be bothered.
To top it off, my long-awaited red beans and rice was disappointing—hardly any beans, mostly rice, and nowhere near the quality I remembered. I’ve never encountered such disrespectful employees, and it left a sour taste in my mouth. After this experience, I won’t be returning to this Popeyes.
