Delicious, freshly prepared hibachi. Clean restaurant, can dine-in or take out. Casual family atmosphere. Choice of menu options. Entrees come with salad. Definitely recommend. I call ahead for pick up, and my order is ready and waiting when I arrive.

The food was really good. The service wasn't bad either. They have 6 or 8 booths to sit at if you don't get it to go. Only downfall is eventhough we ate in the food was served in to go containers. So not much room to mix it up as the portion was quite large. I would definitely eat thete again.

It was not my first visit. I wanted normal fried rice and not Chinese yellow fried rice. Ordered online for pickup. When I arrived, I got their same usual customer service, like "Why are you here bothering me?" Anyways, the order was not ready 29 minutes after ordering. Why? They hadn't started it. Excuse was, "we weren't notified." No, I'm sorry, we'll throw in some egg rolls. I got a shoulder shrug and a oh well, "it'll be about 20 minutes". I then got "your order is ready." Again, no apologizes. In the end, the food is okay. Nothing special. The customer service is awful. Guess I need to find somewhere else for Japanese fried rice. I'm tired of feeling like I'm a bother to them.

The lady IS RUDE, you can’t ask any questions without her looking at you like your dumb and gets loud and mouthy, and then acts like she can’t understand you . Even if you don’t touch the food , still in the bag she doesn’t want to do a refund

Went in at 8:30 to order. Told the man I needed 1 minute to look up the name of sushi roll I wanted and he proceeded to rush me and say repeatedly we close at 9. Horrible service. Ended up leaving.

If you are looking for a fast food type of food, this would be it. Restaurant prices and served on styrofoam. My first time in here was yesterday. Girl at register barely paid attention to me as I orders, so she did not put some of my things on my tab. The man that came in after me had ordered via phone and same girl gave his order to someone else. Love the rice I got but the other was iffy. One of the rolls I got looked old. Like it had been made and left in fridge. It was all over the container and the avocado on it was browning. As I waited for my food they had finished the food for the people in the two booths and sat it down on counter for 20 minutes as they talked and answered the phone. Love the egg drop soup but I've always had no problem with that whenever I've traveled. The ambiance is that it looks clean. The people are not friendly and check your food if you are taking it home. Not really anything impressive about it for $50

I walked in and the lady behind the register was on her cell phone speaking leisurely in her native language. She continued to ignore me while I waited for her to hang up the phone nor did she acknowledge I was there. When she finally decided to acknowledge my presence, I asked her a question about the menu and was met with discontent as if I were an annoyance for not knowing their menu being there for the very first time. Aside from the poor attitude, lack of customer service and professionalism, the food did not taste good nor did it taste fresh. They must not want to stay in business to provide this level of service and quality of food.

I had a craving for ramen and decided to try out a couple of things from here. I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen, Chashu Ramen, California Roll, and Hibachi Chicken.Firstly, let's tackle the ramen. You are served all of the ingredients in a tray above the broth. The broth is quite flavorless. The pork chop that was in my ramen was far overdone and the only ingredient that had any flavor at all. The bak choy was cut as a whole stalk and tossed in, which is, eh? The Chashu was pretty much the same, flavorless broth, and oddly spongy meat. The soft-boiled eggs were all cooked well into the hard-boiled range. The bright side is that the noodles were cooked well and had great texture. The California rolls were abysmal. I'm not sure what was off with them, but I've never had one taste that poorly. There was something in the roll that made it quite bitter, and the texture was awful. The hibachi chicken left little to be desired. The chicken was slightly overdone, which is okay. It doesn't feel like hibachi style chicken. It is more akin to chicken that was pan-fried, and then sauce poured in after to coat it. It did not have any of the signature charring that is on typical hibachi cooked in a wok. The vegetables that came with it are much of the same, little charring and covered in sauce. It did seem to be quite light on the serving of chicken compared to rice and vegetables. There was chicken on top of vegetables to give the appearance of more than there actually was. The rice was decent enough. Good texture and cooked well. The sauce that accompanies the rice makes it pretty good. All in all, this food is quite expensive to be in the quality category that it is sitting in comparative to other places that I I had that are far cheaper and much better quality. I was a good bit disappointed with how everything turned out with as much as I spent.

Best hibachi in Wayne County as far as takeout is concerned. Really wish they'd get the sausage back though!

This is the by far the worst place ever to eat at. The service is not good. They are rude and the food is not good. What I ordered tasted old and wasn't fresh. It use to be really good. One of the workers threw trash in the parking lot. I won't ever go back. I should had took the food back and got a refund. The prices are way to high especially this day and time and to get bad quality food and really bad service.

I've eaten here a lot actually because we only live a few minutes away. The food quality has gone down hill in the last year and the prices have gone through the roof. I can eat at Kobe in Clayton or Kanki in Raleigh for these prices on sushi and hibachi. The service has always been good but this last time I ate there, I got sick a few hours later. I will definitely be finding a new place to eat.
