We had to wait about 40 minutes for our food after ordering and it was not hot or fresh. At least they gave us a coupon for a 99 cent medium classic shake. Do better. The weather was the best part of our visit so I gave the atmosphere 5 stars.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. After waiting in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes we finally received our order. The food was cold and our milkshakes weren’t even blended. They swirled ice cream in a cup and dumped toppings on them and handed it to us. Will not be back.

Fast and friendly first time i went. THIS TIME JAMAL TOOK MY ORDER. I WAS INFORMED HE WAS A MANAGER FROM SC. IM GOING TO NEED HIM TO GO BACK. I ORDERED A BACON DELUXE DOUBLE SONIC SMASHER. I READ THE SCREEN FROM THE MENU. HE HAD NO CLUE WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT, CONTINUED TO REPEAT MY ORDER WRONG AS UF HE WAS HIGH. INFORMED ME I ORDERED IT WIERD THEN GAVE ME THE WRONG ITEMS The only thing wierd was "management" unaware of what is on their menus and trying to make the customer feel stupid when I took a picture to show that was exactly what I said. Everyone else there is AMAZING

No apology, explanation, or anything. Oh, and if you're parked in the drive-in, they're just not going to acknowledge that you pushed the red button. There's been a line of cars there for more than 10 minutes doing that. No one had the courtesy to tell them. Unfortunate 😬!

I have had several interactions with this location and none of them good including waiting almost 3 hours for mine and my son's food. Today was no different extremely slow service the I don't care attitude and the food tasted liked it had been cooked ahead several hours beforehand and it was only 11:30 in the morning.

I waited over 45 minutes for the food I ordered and after asking about my order 2 different times the manager told me they gave my order to the wrong person. I then asked for a refund and was told it will go back on my debit card in a few days. I will not be going back to this place again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
