I go to this Starbucks every morning. The staff is always nice and it makes my morning. My favorite teammate is the tall blonde that usually works the drive thru (I’m horrible with names and can not remember her name) but she remembers mine and my order and always has a smile. This is 100% a kudos to her. Thank you for making my day every day that you are at that window!

25 minutes for one drink is not acceptable. People who got here after me were getting their orders first. Turns out it sat behind the counter and no one bothered putting it on the bar.
