While I have usually always had a great experience at this location and staff has always been friendly, today I was appalled at the fact that it took me over 45 minutes to get 1 coffee in the drive thru. Unfortunately, the way your drive thru at this location is set up, once you are in line, you are stuck. I'm sorry, but 45 minutes is excessive for a single coffee.
Wonderful staff , was out of my preferred choice of coffee due to me arriving minutes before closing- however I was recommended a new type of coffee I never tried before and I ordered extra cream and milk and the gentleman asked if I preferred it steamed or cold. Such precise awareness and attention to the customer was amazing. So much better than the rude staff on Berkeley Blvd.
This is a first for me. I go to this Starbucks twice a day 6 days a week and my wife dose to. This morning 12/19 the young lady working the window completely threw me off. She was very rude and disrespectful to my wife. My wife had to ask for her whole order 3 different times and every time she had to tell the girl that she was missing something the girl would snap at my wife slam the window shut and start talking to her co workers.
