Had been to this location in a while. Nice to see pesky fly situation was fixed. Staff was still friendly and restaurant clean.

Stopped into this Starbucks while it was clearly busy, especially in the drive-through. However, what was frustrating is that despite multiple employees being present behind the counter, none of them acknowledged us. We stood at the register for at least five minutes without so much as a “we’ll be right with you.” We were the only people in line inside, and while I understand that the drive-through can be demanding, a quick greeting or heads-up would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving without ordering. It felt like the in-store customers were completely overlooked. Disappointing experience.

We have consumed for years in this establishment, and lately I don't know if it's indifference, racism or what's going on that we order our drinks and they give them badly made, we almost always order venti and in my drinks I like to order 2 or 3 scoops and they always give me 1, I go back inside to tell them that I ordered 3 and they tell me that it's the only thing they can put on it! When I already paid for those 2 scoops more they are fully paid and they only put what they want, there are Spanish-speaking staff working there and they refuse to speak in our Spanish language to clarify our doubts. What's going on with this Starbucks? The language is the least, but I pay for the drinks in full. It's not fair

Sent my daughter today around 10:30. Out of all muffins, pumpkin loaf, and apple croissant, which is fine. I get that. BUT, the girl at the window handed her my drink and said caramel macchiato. My daughter said no, it’s suppose to be a latte. She said yes that’s the same thing. My daughter said no it’s not. The girl continued saying it was even though my daughter knew different. Eventually my daughter just gave up. Shouldn’t employees know the difference? It’s not the same. I can’t even drink it. It’s too bitter for my liking. I probably won’t be back to that location. I just ordered a hot drink. It was a venti size. I noticed it was kinda light to be a venti. I opened the lid before even taking a sip and it’s barely a little over halfway full. I’ve been screwed over and this is after giving a $5 tip. That on earth am I paying for? Why bother getting a large size only to have to cup halfway full??? Doesn’t help having to wait in line for 15 mins. As a barista myself, I would NEVER do this to a good tipping customer.
