Lack of staff, it takes a long time for 2 drinks... although the guys are friendly... and the cold drink was almost pure ice

Sent my daughter today around 10:30. Out of all muffins, pumpkin loaf, and apple croissant, which is fine. I get that. BUT, the girl at the window handed her my drink and said caramel macchiato. My daughter said no, it’s suppose to be a latte. She said yes that’s the same thing. My daughter said no it’s not. The girl continued saying it was even though my daughter knew different. Eventually my daughter just gave up. Shouldn’t employees know the difference? It’s not the same. I can’t even drink it. It’s too bitter for my liking. I probably won’t be back to that location. I’ll just drive a crossed town or go to DD. Location: Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC
Only thing I dont like is when my order is wrong when i order through the app versus when i order in the speaker. Also its a hit or miss with service.

I just ordered a hot drink. It was a venti size. I noticed it was kinda light to be a venti. I opened the lid before even taking a sip and it’s barely a little over halfway full. I’ve been screwed over and this is after giving a $5 tip. That on earth am I paying for? Why bother getting a large size only to have to cup halfway full??? Doesn’t help having to wait in line for 15 mins. As a barista myself, I would NEVER do this to a good tipping customer.

The breakfast sandwiches here are the best in town. The egg pesto mozzarella is so good. Great people, fast service and the place smells fantastic.

The parking lot is crazy. It's definitely dangerous. The parking lot looks like an accident waiting to happen.
