The Subway on Ash St. was closed.today for some reason and that is where I would usually go. I haven't been to this one in awhile and now I remembered why, their lack of reading skills. If I order a sub online and tell you how I want it all you have to do is read the instructions and follow them. If I ask for oil, vinegar and extra mayo on my sub please tell me why is it so dry? If I pay for extra chicken what happened to it.? No, I will definitely will not return here again regardless if my favorite go to is closed or not.

Visiting this location in person is ok, though it's certainly not the best in Goldsboro. However, if you're considering delivery, prepare for disappointment. The orders often arrive so poorly prepared that you might as well discard them immediately.

This is a bad subway...they open up at 9 and they want start taking orders because they have to clean the oven. Don't you suppose to clean before going home. Don't eat here

Orderd on the app 2 hours after they were open...had to wait 30 mins for them to finish my meatball sub, and then my Turkey sub sat for 40 mins while waiting for my meatball sub. Didn't get exta mayo like I asked, and furthermore had all the toppings on one edge with not Mayo or toppings on half the sandwich.

This was the worst subway I have ever had. The bread was old, the meat was cut to thick, the Mayo tasted old, the drink was supposed to be a 20oz bottle and I got a tiny cup, I couldn’t taste the cheese from the sour Mayo. I will not be going back to this store.

Called to place a pick up order. Was told they don't take phone orders. You must download their app & order over the app. There's NOTHING I hate more than someone trying to force you to do something that will benefit only them or they refuse yo serve you. Guess what? Don't worry, there are PLENTY of other establishments we can give our business to. Sad since we've patronized them a lot in the past. Never again!
