It was dirty and honest this is probably the most limp sandwich I think Iāve ever gotten barely put any meat in the sandwich and charged me 8 dollars this this kinda crazy they put more sauce than they do meanš¤¦āāļø

Order threw mobile app and they didn't have the bread we wanted.. sandwich looked horrible.
The young lady and two young men were very respectful and gracious . Our food was fresh! One employee was training another but still made time to speak and help with the transaction! Great shift tonight! 11/29/2024 Thanks everyone you made dinner a easy night for me and my family!

They were out of a BUNCH of ingredients. Only cheese was pepper jack and then no lettuce or spinach or pepperoni.

Ok, they don't do half stars so I bumped it up to five. This location is the best in Goldsboro, for me so far. Ash Street location bye ( read my review about it). Everyone was able to use there own coupons as long as they were separate orders, makes sense. Akire (Erika mirrored) and Ann, what a combination. The sandwiches were great, the service was great I am being honest when I say " you have to try this location". Make sure you get Akire or Ann to construct your sandwich. I'm not just trying to build them up just because of the experience I had with the location on Ash street. I rarely eat out twice a week. Usually maybe three times a month. However this location was so good I took my wife and daughter there 2 days after I had eaten there. I honestly recommend this location for your best Subway experience in Goldsboro. However I only validate Akire and Ann.
Vegetarian options: Toasted the bun select your vegetarian options add cheese your sauce and enjoy
We stopped in with our Havelock High School Band and about 20+ kids and chaperones were in line. Virginia was the only one at the time and she made all our sandwiches, cashed us out, and was still courteous under all that stress. In addition to that, we were all in and out in 30min. I appreciate her amazing customer service. Management needs to recognize her! ??

Tuna was 'ok' at best(Ā³stars). The staff was amazing (āµstars)!! Restaurant was clean, but basic and without warmth. Something all subways suffer from thus ā“stars. Too much mayo in the tuna makes it watery. It should be creamy yet still firm and not show signs of any water. Just my 2 pennies on it.

Update: after leaving a complaint about my experience on the website in less than a day the owner reached out to remedy my issue, thank you for the great customer service.
Original post:The app doesn't show if the restaurant is out of an ingredient. I was charged extra for avocado that wasn't on my sandwich. I am very disappointed.
Vegetarian options: The Tomatoes in prep tub had hundreds of slices with the rine stem left on them, NASTY FACE waitress I requested no tomato rines on my sandwich and then I was accused of being rude lol I simply said don't put the rine tomatoes on my sandwich and who ever cut up the prepped tomatoes slices didn't care about who would be fed such terrible situation of the tomato rines on the sandwich slices wow we were just lil Lucky I caught it. DON'T TAKE YOUR EYES OFF THE sandwich makers here...
