My husband and I went in around 8:50 on March 26, 2024 was going to order 3 subs but my mind was quickly changed when the employee said that they no longer were doing BLT’s and the other young lady with all those bracelets on rubbing across customers bread and they didn’t even pay attention. That’s a big no no. Corporate need to pay this location a visit and obviously management doesn’t care!! This location has gone down the drain and that’s awful because this was one of the good locations but not anymore.

Bad attitude by associate, has a 8/10 year old child sleeping under the tables with blankets on the floor. Did not come out of the back to our repeated "Hello". Finally walked out as we were leaving & didn't ask if she could help us more did she try to stop us from leaving by saying anything.

Two weeks in a row, I have purchased a footlong Beast and a 6 inch Beast and the roast beef has been left off of my sandwiches both times. The meats are where you cannot see what is being put on your sandwich as they make it. I should not have to inspect my sandwich before I leave..I have spent $50 total and I am extremely unhappy about this situation.

Orderd a 73 order off the app to get 2 of my sandwishes made wrong and then was called by delivery person to tell me they didnt have the cookies i wanted. The lady there then said it would be refunded. I waited 2 days. I didnt get a refund. Call the store muliole times to be told i had to contact door dash. I said i didnt go through door dash when i order i went through subway app. The lady was dismissive and refused to do anything for me told me to come by when the manager was there. I asked ok when will they be there. Oh i dont know just come by sometime in the morning. Called door dash, they were looking into the issue. I still have yest gotten a refund for 2 boxes of cookies and no one is willing to help! I will never order from this place again and further more the employees ive talked to are rude. Ot once did they get my name or number for the manager to call me! Not once has anyone helped with this isse. So not only am i out of the cookies. Im out of money and 2 of my sandwiches were made wrong!
