Sub was not the greatest . Employee waiting on me didn't seem to know much & not the friendliest. Didn't take off her gloves after making my sandwich to ring me up ( gross) & then waited on another customer .

We ordered pickup, and went to the drive thru, the lady went to the drive thru womdow and said we had to come in to pickup. There was NOBODY in store other than the 3 workers. 1 was sitting at a table doing nothing, 1 who made the sandwich and the 3rd was mopping, but there were 0 customers other than us and the order was ready.

I was treated with a wonderful smile and enthusiasm. It really made me enjoy being there. A gentleman by the name of Jordan Walker made that experience wonderful and honestly made my day with the respect that was given.

False advertising & Disrespectful to military. Their corporate website says free 6inch sub on Veterans Day. But they steered me to a footlong Terikayi Sandwich for $3. The manager stepped in and charged me $13! The manager was rude & dishonest to military. I politely declined & left. From reading the other reviews, its the same lady. Corporate & owner should be contacted because her bad demeaner is driving all customers the away.

Older white woman with the tattoos on her arm is very rude. Truck driver who eats subway maybe 7 times a months for the past 10 years and by far one of the rudest people I’ve dealt with over the years.

The was worker was dishonest and the menu said the price was about $12 but they charged me about over $20 and the worker blamed the system that they couldn't control the system. Please either change the menu prices correctly or be honest.

I frequent this location because it’s closer. The older white lady at this location is always rude. I will assume she is the manager. Never greets customers.

Today the way she treated an elderly lady was just disgusting. WHAT KIND OF BREAD? YOU CANT USE THAT COUPON. Her tone of voice was just rude, rude, rude!! After reading a few negative reviews I am surprised her attitude hasn’t been addressed by higher management.

If you have time I suggest go to the one on Wayne Memorial. They will greet you as soon as you walk in.

This place is disgusting. The Manager, I think her name is Loretta is rude and does not acknowledge customers. I actually watched her sit at a table in her phone while a young lady waited for the other employee to finish at the drive thru. She then got up, did not acknowledge the customer and proceeded to put cheese on the bread that was being proofed. She never washed her hands nor put on gloves. I will never eat there again. This tells you how nasty she is.

Whatever older woman was working at around 6:30pm on Feb 7th, 2025 was extremely rude. I told her the order I wanted and after I told her she didn’t say anything so I repeated it. She proceeded to roll her eyes and tell me “Im waiting for you to tell me what size and bread.” Well, how am I supposed to know that if you don’t say anything? Also, I presented a coupon to her for a 7.99 turkey sub. Had 0 issues last time with it but apparently it’s now invalid. I tried to explain that the gentleman who took my order last time took the coupon with no issues and said nothing about not being able to use it. If you guys are gonna be picky about coupons, at least be consistent about it. And maybe hire some people who know how to smile :).

I've been going to different subways for over a decade. This subway is stingy. The sandwich maker, one in particular acts like she pays for the veggies out of her paycheck.

I've never been told I could only have 10 black olive slices on my sandwich. "I can't put anymore". These sandwich cost enough that veggies should be included in the cost.

If I'm paying for a service I expect to be able to get what I'm paying for. Since when did subway become so poor they can't afford a couple cans of 3 dollar sliced olives.

Something just doesn't add up here....
