This place is disgusting. The Manager, I think her name is Loretta is rude and does not acknowledge customers. I actually watched her sit at a table in her phone while a young lady waited for the other employee to finish at the drive thru. She then got up, did not acknowledge the customer and proceeded to put cheese on the bread that was being proofed. She never washed her hands nor put on gloves. I will never eat there again. This tells you how nasty she is.

Whatever older woman was working at around 6:30pm on Feb 7th, 2025 was extremely rude. I told her the order I wanted and after I told her she didn’t say anything so I repeated it. She proceeded to roll her eyes and tell me “Im waiting for you to tell me what size and bread.” Well, how am I supposed to know that if you don’t say anything? Also, I presented a coupon to her for a 7.99 turkey sub. Had 0 issues last time with it but apparently it’s now invalid. I tried to explain that the gentleman who took my order last time took the coupon with no issues and said nothing about not being able to use it. If you guys are gonna be picky about coupons, at least be consistent about it. And maybe hire some people who know how to smile :).

I've been going to different subways for over a decade. This subway is stingy. The sandwich maker, one in particular acts like she pays for the veggies out of her paycheck.

I've never been told I could only have 10 black olive slices on my sandwich. "I can't put anymore". These sandwich cost enough that veggies should be included in the cost.

If I'm paying for a service I expect to be able to get what I'm paying for. Since when did subway become so poor they can't afford a couple cans of 3 dollar sliced olives.

Something just doesn't add up here....

Apparently if you walk in as a group, AND paying separately, they count you as 1 person to be able to use a coupon. Make this make sense! I get it if you’re paying together and trying to use 2 coupons (which it states you can’t do on the bottom of the rules), but my teenage son and I are 2 separate paying accounts. He buys his food. I buy my own. Walking in at the same time together should not void one of us using a coupon. Just my humble opinion and understanding. Please fix this for the good of people utilizing this business.

Went to this location with a couple of friends. Cashier or prep associate was rude. Keep oni d eating out has gotten expensive so I try to use coupons so that we can do it two to three times a month. We were informed we could only use one per car. We informed her we were not ordering together and were only car pooling. Nope one per car. We left and went to the one on Wayne Memorial drive. Much better service, and all can use coupons. When we returned home (military) I spoke to other about it and was informed they didn't have that issue. Only difference they were Caucasian and we were of a darker complexion. Did this matter?, I can't say for sure. Only that it is what it is. Will not be stopping there again.

Absolutely the worst professionalism and attitude. This is the only Subway I know that will not allow you to customize your wraps. Don’t know how this subway is still in business.

Asked for a salad. I received a handful of lettuce, 3 pieces of cucumber, 2 pieces of bell pepper, 2 pieces of onions, 4 pieces of hot pepper. I had to ask for 1 more piece of cucumber. I asked for ranch dressing in a cup. Didn’t have nothing to put it in so i asked to place on Salad. I didn’t even get enough to stir up in my salad. Because she didn’t want to go to the back to get more. Stated that you only get enough veggies as a 6in sub. Well I hope for $8 that you can get more than handful of lettuce and I mean i could count the pieces of lettuce in my hand. This was my first time visiting and my last time because she had an attitude as i will ask for more lettuce. The other lady was very helpful and had a positive attitude when i asked for more dressing.
