This location has been going down hill for awhile but it’s the closest to me so i decided to try again. If you are a Disney plus number you could cash in on Disney perks and get a free foot long sub. I went to pick it up and was immediately met with her asking me with attitude “how did you get a free sub?” I told her, she didn’t even let me finish speaking, turned around and walked away, I said whatever and left. Got home opened my sub not only was it wrong but I’m pretty sure on purpose since she knew it was free I had the smallest amount of toppings I have ever had on a subway sandwich. You might as well have said it was just meat, cheese, and bread for the little amount of stuff up there. Plus it wasn’t toasted. I even felt bad about the free thing and tipped and i definitely wish I had not now!

The girl making our subs did not leave the bread in the toaster long enough to even melt the cheese the bread was doughie and dry she was acting like she did not want to be helping anyone and hated her job just throwing the stuff on it and pushing it along to fix the next one she didnt have any help the other woman just walked around in and out of the kitchen till it was time to get the money over 40 dollard for 3 subs three drinks and 2 cookies i will not eat at that subway anymore

My step dad pre ordered food the app have never had problems here but the last few time it’s has not been right it is not that hard to put extra of whatever is asked on a sandwich but to have something put on the sandwich that was not supposed to be on it and they say you can just take them off or get a refund we’re not remaking it is just lazy bcs what if it was an allergy

Ordered a 6 inch Philly sub with cheese and onion, and as you can see in the picture-hardly a meal, and it cost $8 and change. Absolutely ridiculous and totally disappointed!!! No wonder a lot of them are closing. 😡

I had to fight the flies for the food. Stale bread, stale veggies, stale meat. Everything tasted like it had been cut 2 days ago & stored in the fridge & bread was old and crumbly. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

Ordered online and wasn’t ready until 50 minutes after ordered and 30 minutes after I got there. Aswell did Not have the bread that I picked online. Says it was ready for pickup on the app. And WAS NOT READY. Short staffed and horrible values, do not eat here and entertain this BS…. Thanks!

This subway is the worse restaurant/customer service I've ever seen. The subs were on the wrong bread and barley had any toppings on it. When called in to complain the manager stated that we make it better if it's not a mobile order. Refused to give us a refund kept talking over my wife and would not let her explain. She hung up and would not answer the phone. Do not place a mobile order here as they will not do right by you. It's a sad day to see how low Subway especially this location has fallen down.

The manager was extremely rude to me & my sandwiches were made completely wrong with little to no toppings or meat. I would say don’t use the mobile order if you want a decent sandwich.

Food and service were great, but beware of 'skimmers' being used when you use your debit/credit card in Subway or Walmart. 20 minutes after using a debit card at these locations, 3 unauthorized charges totaling $600 disappeared from my bank account. After reporting to my bank, they launched fraud investigation and credited my account for the full amount, and sent me a new card. Beware of skimmers on card machines.
