I recently visited the Taco Bell at 1106 11th St, Goldsboro, NC. and was disheartened by the service provided. The cashier seemed disinterested and displayed unprofessional behavior by rolling his eyes during our order. When a misunderstanding occurred over a beverage, instead of handling it with courtesy, I was accused of stealing. I offered to rectify the situation, but the interaction only escalated from there. The cashier’s response lacked the basic customer service etiquette one would expect. It was an uncomfortable experience that led me to cancel my order and leave the establishment. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as everyone deserves a pleasant dining experience.

The only reason this Taco Bell doesn't get a true five star is that receiving a complete order seems to be a bit of a problem here. Of the 30 trips here I've received five complete orders without having to return to get it fixed. They are quick to fix it and polite so please encourage them to be

Normally have great service at this location. Whoever Julianna B is working drive thru 12/28 @ 530pm she's not nice and has zero manners. "Here's your food" shove the bag at me and not even smile or say have a nice day.
Last night I had the worst fast food experience I've ever had at the Taco Bell at 1106 11th Street in Goldsboro, NC.1) The drive thru worker would not speak loudly or clearly to be heard.2) She was not paying attention, and I had to correct her many times.3) I was told after I paid that the store was out of beans.4) I was the only customer, but was told to pull around to wait.5) The girl casually dropped my change, seemingly on purpose on the ground and did not apologize.6) Waited quite a while, but had to move because I was blocking other cars.7) Multiple employees were inside, but apparently not making my food.? Finally I knocked on the door, and someone came out to tell me they were out of potatoes also, and they had to make some. Out of beans AND potatoes?9) Guy was rude and condescending.10) THE FOOD WAS WRONG. Two bean burritos fresco were ordered because my friend is vegan, but they still had cheese.11) The sauces we requested were not in the bag.This is the first time I've ever complained about service, but this store was a complete disaster last night.

Their service is very slow to be a fast food restaurant it would be understandable if they had a line and were busy but they had no line. When I pulled up to the window the worker was just chilling on their phone. My order was incorrect and by the time I got the rest of my order the food I received the first time was cold.

Typical Taco Bell. Stopped late evening for a quick bite, drive through lady didn’t get my order right and had me repeat myself multiple times to take order. Not sure if it’s the system issue or what. Casadilla was really sad and soggy with very little cheese as well.

Went through the drive through and TRIED to place an order but the crew that was taking our order was laughing so much that I had to keep repeating and then when I got to window I told them how there laughing was making it hard for them or us to hear them at the speaker. All she said was (oh well we were making drinks) ok first off how was making drinks funny? This was very unprofessional but there again when your employees look to be 16 I guess it would be hard for a child to maintain professionalism.
