Ordered the value nachos and a cheesy rollup with beef. No beef on cheesy rollup and not sure how the nachos are supposed to look, but that is a lot of empty box. Also was asked about sauce and fire was requested - no sauce. Drive thru person was polite though.

Food was very cold service was bad we ask for Green sauce and she said we had to pay for it A waste of time going to get the food and most definitely waste our money because it was not enjoyable afraid of getting sick because of the temperature of the food so we had to throw it away got home and definitely did not want to come back out to bring it back so oh well our loss On top of that, we from out out of town that does not look good for that store at all bad view 😡😡😡😡😡😡

It was a sunny day, 51° Fahrenheit, one of the employees was outside with a portable computer terminal asking people their orders. This was so much clearer than using a malfunctioning intercom.
They got everything right, and it tastes alright. This is a Taco Bell, so expectations aren't super high.
Total amount was accurate, and they put a receipt in the bag with my food.

I ordered online for drive thru. I don't know what interaction the lady at the window had before me but she really took it out on me. I got to the window and she was like "Here" and shoved the food out at me. She handed me a mountain Dew and I absolutely hate MD. I told her "I'm sorry I ordered a Pesi zero." This woman with the stinkiest attitude said "mmmmm no you did not you ordered a mountain dew." In shock bc it's just a drink I was like no I ordered a Pesi Zero and I went to my phone to bring it up and she SLAMMED the window shut hard. I mean shockingly hard. When she came back to give me the Pepsi I was trying to show her my order where it clearly said Pepsi Zero. But she slammed it on me again. She opened the window back up and said "Ma'am you got your Pepsi now leave." I was in total disbelief because I wasn't rude to her at all and it's just a drink where I have proof of what I ordered.
I work drive thru and I would never argue with a customer over a drink and not with that attitude. I understand people have a hard day but reaction to the situation felt really personal. Over a freaking soda. To be treated like that when the order you placed was incorrect was just shocking. And I'm usually the person who just takes the wrong order and doesn't complain. But I just could not down a mountain dew ?

My fiancée and I visited this location a little after 10:00pm. I just wanted to leave a review about how pleasant they were. From the person taking the order to the one that handed our food out. I’ve never had an experience that was so up to par at a Taco Bell. Great job to management and the staff tonight!!!
Dietary restrictions: I do not eat beef so of course I ordered chicken. This is my first experience where my order was perfect!
