Went here to pick up a door dash order and the could care less if they got the order out of not, I waited 10 minutes over the time it was supposed to be done, while making the order, the guy was conversating and was taking forever to make the order. This place has the slowest and laziest employees I have ever seen at a taco bell. This place doesn't deserve any stars, everything about this place was terrible

I asked them to check the Dr. Pepper because I bought it for someone else. To me it didn't taste right. They said it was fine, and got me a dr pepper from the kitchen, apparently they ran off 2 different lines of syrup. In either case, I should of spoke up because the soda was mostly seltzer water when I got to my friend. They were very nice about it, but it wasn't disbursed correctly.

The staff was friendly and fast. My problem is with inventory management. The shell was old and probably expired. This is a management issue. Perhaps even higher. Just poor food quality .. hey, taco bell... IDK

I had a good thing going with you, Taco Bell. However, I used your kiosk today And accidentally ordered the wrong item for my dinner. When I approached to our counter in confusion, you pointed out my mistake and told me what I ordered was good. I have intestinal problems And I used to come to your establishment Because what I order there is one of the few things I can digest. Instead of helping me out, you let me know I was stuck with my mistake. You offered no Solution therefore you have permanently lost a Newly acquired regular customer. When you set up a kiosk to save yourself money by eliminating the role of an employee, you need to be prepared for situations like this. Is the cost of two tacos worth the loss of my repeat business? I would rather cramp and gag than walk through your doors ever again.
