EVERY. TIME. I order from this sad excuse of a taco bell my order is wrong. Every. Single. Time. Tonight is the final straw, I got my order and the only thing I wanted was my grilled steak burrito and I don't have it. How can you not get an order right simply read the screen. And why of everything just thrown into my bag? How am I supposed to check my bag when I pick it up when I can't tell what's what???
This place needs ac whole makeover, management doesn't care. Employees are incompetent. Absolutely embarrassing.

Mexican pizza, rancid shell/chips. Cooked in old oil. Drive through. Called back, reported issue...was told thank you, and hung up on....

Drove 30 mins to and from this location just to get home and they didn't give me all my food. This seems to be a common thing from what I read on other reviews. It wasn't even busy at drive thru for them to short me my food. A waste of gas and time to have to go back. Horrible service!!

Can't get simple orders right. Ordered, saw on the receipt that it was missing my removals. Spoke to the worker and advised of the issue, she disappeared for two seconds then handed me the bag. Order had what I requested to be taken off. Yikes.
