Getting a table here is confusing. Online check-in avoid the wait is a total LIE !!! Then they parade you like convicts in a police lineup moving your party to a new number every so often. Very demeaning...you have patrons exiting some entering and groups standing in the way in numbered spots. Surely they can find a new dignified way .
Go to any other restaurant in Gboro if you must wait to save your dignity.

This location started out great, but has gone down hill. Waited nearly an hour today for our food order that never came. It seems our order didn't get put into the system. Had to pay for our appetizer and leave unless we wanted to reorder and go to the back of the queue. Won't be back.

I took my wife to the Goldsboro location today.
I ordered a ribeye, potato,salad.
She ordered New York strip, potato, and salad.
Both were ordered medium well.
We received two Ribeye steaks. So well done that they were tough.
The baked potato’s were overcooked as well, inside and outside. Tough.
We both suffered through our meals.
Needless to say, we waited about an hour,before receiving the meals that we didn’t order.
We have been regular customers for the last 4 years, with great service and food, until today.
We hate to do it, but we will be trying to find another restaurant to fulfill our tastes that we found in Texas Roadhouse.
It is our understanding that the ownership has recently changed.
To the bad.

It has been a while since we came in due to a poor experience our last visit, but prior to that we came in very often. We decided to give it another try for our anniversary dinner tonight and never have we received the level of service we did tonight. Kat was hands down the best server we've ever had at this location, even while extremely busy, so I wanted to give her the the recognition she deserved!! The food was amazing and everything came out perfect, but the overall experience was memorable because of Kat! Fried pickles, filet medallions, and Kennys cooler were all fantastic!!
