We called in an order pretty much at closing the young man and what I believed to be his mother were very kind considering the time, and my running late. My daughter devoured her plate. Cute cozy looking place, I look foward to going back . Years ago I worked there when it was Mimmos so glad to move back here and see the space being utilized. I love these mom and pop kind of establishments. Really family friendly.
5-13-23Found this truck at Odom's Farm. Good catch.Menu has a good selection, but I came for tacos. The tacos are $3 each, and you get them American or authentic. Get authentic! I did three authentic tacos, one each of chorizo, pastor, and carnitas. All meats are excellent and I sincerely don't know which is the best of the three. Get em all!. Holy cow!!!! Don’t even get me started on the Taco shack. The food? AMAZING! I had a cali burrito the first time, and then I also tried the nachos. Both those meals were SO good. But the Quesadillas!?!? Those were the BEST quesadillas I’ve ever had. If I were allowed to Wed and Bed a quesadilla it would be their quesadillas.
