This was mine and my wife’s first time eating here, after several people I know recommended the steaks here.

Overall I gave the village steakhouse an average rating. Nothing about the food or service really blew me away. I ordered an 8oz ribeye with the salad bar and twice baked mashed potatoes, my wife ordered the 8oz Village Sirloin with salad bar and twice baked mashed potatoes.

My group of 5 really enjoyed the service and the coziness of the restaurant. The steaks, burgers and salad bar were great. 👏👏 The surprise was they dust the sweet potato fries with sugar (I prefer just light salt) and the 6oz rosemary chicken breast looked like the size of a 1/4 lb burger. The 6oz steak was obviously a larger looking portion comparatively. 🤔
