It was OK. I've been spoiled by the real thing in Japan. If it was a little less expensive I might go again.

Had the grill-side hibachi. The food was good, but not great. A third of the vegetables were undercooked. Service was great, but atmosphere was dull. I'm sure that had to do with the other customers at our grill who were lacking a bit in personalities.

I think this place is pretty good. It is a nice change of pace from Jay's. The prices are very good, especially their lunch specials. They offer several cooked sushi rolls, which are not raditonal but a great option for those like myself that don't like the texture of raw fish. The hibachi is good as well. The service is prompt and friendly, and the place is clean.

The volcano roll is on the left, and it was awesome! The right was the tuna something lol, both had generous amounts of ingredients! The atmosphere was great. Very clean and new. Staff was friendly.

Fantastic atmosphere, service, and food! In Raleigh you can expect to pay almost double, but at this gem it's actually reasonable. Im picky with salmon quality, so I was happy to see they have really nice fish here. Great date spot. Service was also top notch! ? planning on coming back.

We had our Pre-Valentine lunch in this restaurant. The person up front (Alex) didn’t bother to greet us but instead asked us which side we wanna stay. Told her hibachi. After few minutes I transferred to a different seat because I feel uncomfortable and here goes Alex rushing in and sounding so mean! Saying “You can’t transfer seat and so on…” I was eating my salad and stopped and look at her and I was so shock and caught off guard because she sounded so mean just telling me not to transfer a sit. Bottom line here! You can tell your customer if something is wrong in a “NICE AND CALMLY MANNER” instead of being “SO MEAN AND RUDE!!! ALEX!!(I really hope that’s your name coz I didnt see you when we’re about to leave and asked you!!)Food is okay I think we’re paying more of the “show” not really for the food. I was expecting for more steak but it was sliced very small.?And lastly, the chef gave a nice show and we really enjoyed it. But that was it

This place has great food. The sushi is on the larger side, and the prices are fair. It is a little more expensive than some but it was worth it in my opinion. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. It is a clean place and they did a very good job on the grill. Space is limited, and if you don't get there early, it is packed for dinner.

Absolutely pathetic. We sat for over 20 minutes watching the one sole patron in the dining area slurp a margarita alone while two middle aged people at the bar to our left *aheem* exhibited intoxicated behavior. When our waitress finally delivered Drunken Margo her food, I asked for the check (2 sweet teas). She said "don't worry about it." There was nothing on the menu indicating the source or origin of the seafood. "Tempura" (deep fried) dominated. There was no soba option, merely hibachi with, again, seafood sources not listed. Anticipating paying $150 for a meal and seeing what I did is mind blowing. I'll continue to search for an authentic Japanese restaurant but this one... This one is not.

The atmosphere here is very welcoming. The service was great. The food was phenomenal. Loved the show of cooking the food. I got the hibachi chicken and salmon. My daughter got the hibachi chicken and lobster.

I really thought this place was going to be good especially the vibe inside is great. The food had no flavor, the rice I felt was similar to the bag rice that is warmed up and served. We payed $130 for family of 4! Great customer service, but we definitely won’t be going back. We will make a trip to Raleigh for Hibachi.
