This Walmart may actually be the worst I've ever been to. I was able to order an Xbox Series X on launch day for pick up at this store and was told it would be ready for pick up that same day by 8 PM. 8 PM came and went with no confirmation that my order was ready for pick up. I called the store 3 times that night with no answer. I went to the store to find out what was going on with my order and was told that no one could help me. I then waited till morning to call and still no one answered. I still haven't received my order. The staff doesn't appear to have any interest in helping costumers with problems but more interest in just getting them to leave. And they definitely don't answer their phones.

don't have anything to say that's bad . only thing is that it should be somewhat cleaner .. i dont think i've ever been in a walmart that was clean though so yeah .

I've visited this place a few times while in the area. The merchandise is normally stocked though not all the time, nor always neatly in comparison to Walmart's other locations. It's lighting is ok. I personally haven't had any overwhelming problem with the customer service here, though my few encounters have showed me that they'll speak when spoken to. The parking is pretty congested no matter what time of the day so I take it that it's in a convenient spot for the inhabitants of the surrounding area. If you need to grab something from here and don't care much else for the above things, this location will get the job done.

This review is concerning the area where customers pick up online orders. ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT customer service. I placed an order online and received notification that my order was ready for pick-up. Although the man(didn't get his name) seemed pleasant, it took almost an hour to pick up my order. Part of my order was missing. I told him to just refund me the items that were missing because I had to leave. He was unable to do a refund. He paged for a manager, no manager ever came. I told him to page a manager again. While he was doing that, a manager walked by. I stopped her and told her she needed to help me because I was in this store far too long and I was extremely frustrated. NO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! I would avoid this particular Walmart at all cost. It is work the time and drive to go to another Walmart. The horrible service starts from the top. Clearly management doesn't care about customer service. AVOID THIS WALMART~PLEASE... I gave 1 star because my review wouldn't post without a rating...
