I don’t know how as working when I went on 08/13/25 but the fries were perfect and my big bacon classic double looked like it was ready to be in a commercial. Service at the register was friendly, fast, and very importantly accurate. The meal really made my day better.
i had to wait like 10 mins before they took my order. the entire meal was cold. even the fries and the sandwich. this has to be the worse wendy's i been to

Went inside and could not order. Ignored by all the workers accept the fry girl, she said hello.
They serve the same sandwiches but the meat is smaller. My wife got the jr bacon deluxe, I got the baconator, and the were the same size! I'll just go to Burger King next time. I was really disappointed with the food.

Wow. I've never been so disrespected by a restaurant where I was ready to spend my hard earned money. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes and the worker saw me, but never even tried to say a word or make eye contact. The contempt for customers spewed from this one. Can't trust the food of the service is bad. Walked out and I suggest you keep driving. McDs is down the street.

I genuinely don’t believe I’ve had a good experience here. No matter how you order, be it in person or even on the app, the orders have always been wrong. Items missing or just completely wrong. If you customized anything for your meal, it’ll most likely never be how you’ve placed it. I’ve been going here for nearly 6 years because it’s close to me, but now that I’m moving I know it’ll be better then this.

The employees at the drive thru windows were just plain RUDE. Do you people realize there are many places in Goldsboro to eat and we don't have to spend our money at a place that treats your customers in such a second class way. There will be a different spot for supper tomorrow night, you can believe that!!!!!!
