Horrible customer service. Went to this location today and the lady taking orders acting rude on the speaker. No professionalism at all.

Used to be amazing years ago, now the food is always cold, most of the employees including the managers are rude and act like they dont care about good customer service. (Edit) Why would you submit my review to the manager when they do not care? Nothing has changed.
(Edit#2) 4years later and this Wendy’s is still the exact same, how is it they completely get an order wrong when we were the ONLY car in the drive thru…I live 45minutes away with nothing near me to replace my dinner. Thank you so much for NOT being on top of it and changing nothing..

The employees attitudes are terrible even the manager had a attitude pull up to the window to get your food they don't have no respect for customers i will not be eating there again

Food was good. Employees were more concerned with being on thier cellphones than providing the service they are paid to do. When we walked in there was 1 customer in front of us (who had already ordered just hadn't been given his cups) and 1 car in drive thru already waiting for food. Took over ten minutes just to get our order taken.

10/15 about 9:45am I ordered some of the seasoned potatoes. Could have sworn I heard someone say just drop it back in and when I looked at the order down the road sure enough, they'd been dropped back in the oil so they were super greasy and nasty. Granted, I asked if there were any hot fresh ones up. All the lady had to do was say no and I wouldn't have ordered. Why they did that, I don't understand.

Very fast service. Clean restaurant, easy ordering, and the staff was very courteous and wish me a good day definitely worth the money and the time.
Parking: It doesn’t have a lot of extra parking, but it does have enough
Can’t trust that they will give you the right food at the window. Ordered a spicy nugget meal, received a 10 count with only 2 spicy nuggets on top and the rest regular to make it appear as if the whole count was spicy :/ Very poor service in drive thru.

The workers here are very rude I wish I could leave a zero star review the girl at the drive thru was talking crap about customers but I guess she don’t know how to turn her headset off and they refused to make an order
