The food isn't the problem...the service is. I'm not expecting Chick-Fil-A level service but the Wendy's on Berkeley Blvd near the base is horrible. - revamping my review...just left, had to wait for my DT order....got my breakfast and the muffin is hard as rocks and my chicken biscuit has no honey, no butter...no nothing.

Here’s a suggestion for you Wendy’s. Just throw the chicken nuggets in the bag without the little carton . That is how they end up anyways if you would bag your food properly, you could avoid this sarcasm.

Went there yesterday to get a limited item that was released nationwide and the manager said to the cashier "we have it but we're not serving it until Thursday" with a nasty attitude.

Honestly, this is one of the worst Wendy’s in Goldsboro!! I mean the worst!!! The food is never fresh, & after you tell them that you want your food fresh they still don’t make it fresh .. I hope a manager or general manager sees this & really takes this into account bc the service & the food is HORRIBLE! I don’t mean to say this to be rude or make the business lose customers but to be honest & straightforward so the wendys franchise can take the correct steps in making this location better because it’s honestly sad.

They forgot my drinks then said we were playing on the phone, Then continued to hang up when we asked what they can do and she got and attitude we order a small fruit punch and a sprite the food was good we called and called she didn’t answer then continued to not answer then we she answered one of us we told what happened and all and she still had a attitude and hung up before we could say anything else also we called on THREE DIFFERENT PHONES we all have different voices how did you know it was us

Because I had ordered a fruit pot, a small fruit punch, a small Sprite and they didn’t get my order so I called them and then the lady that I called had a attitude and she tried to tell her manager and she had an attitude and she was saying that we could come get it when I don’t have a car right now and she wants somebody to come and get the stuff that we can get and I said that that they shouldn’t have forgot my small fruit punch and my small sprite And she had a very bad attitude And I called a call cause she hung up my phone and said that I was playing on her phone when I wasn’t playing on her phone and hung up I called most of the time and she hung up. I called six times. Actually I called 12.

The worst!! The mixed guy has the nastiest attitude ever. He acts as if he doesn’t want to be there. I even heard him mock my order thru drive thru. I will not be going

I always have issues with wrong orders it's always been a terrible place as far as how customers are treated but about a week ago was last straw I ordered 35$worth food and my 2 baconators had one patty on each sandwich with one piece bacon and oozing with ketchup and mustard I took pictures of them and went back next day and contacted the manager (because I was already home when we opened them)and the manager tells me that the picture don't look like baconators I'm like yeah that's the point they were nasty I wasn't asking for my whole order to be fixed just to at least acknowledge they wrong and at least offer to make it right but she tells me she's not doing anything with a very nasty attitude and basically calls me a liar I'm done with Wendys

This was a very bad experience tonight. A young lady was using profanity loud behind the counter. Most the workers were acting like they had no clue what to do. We waited almost 25 minutes for food. The food came out cold. The one man was scratching his head and fixing food. The young man zymiere at the front counter was the only one that seemed to be working or care. I use to work at this store and I would never treat my customers like this or send out food like this.

Went through the drive thru after work. Staff was nice, but my sandwich did not have half the ingredients and fries were undercooked. I’m displeased, I used to work at Wendy’s and I would never allow people to pay for this messy sandwich. It wasn’t even fully wrapped and it was sloppy. Also was a server and worked at cookout and I always cared as if I was receiving the food myself. It’s just displeasing because I know the people working here wouldn’t accept that either. I called and the manager was honest and kind so I’m not too upset. I ate my food but I feel like I should put this out there because nothing will change unless it’s known that it needs to be changed.

My husband went through the takeout window and they left over half of our order out, couldn't make proper change and shortchanged my husband. Theses people need training. He had to go to the one on Wayne Memorial to get potatoes. Close this place or train new help! Never again. I only left one star because I had to leave a star to post. ‍

Berkeley Blvd is the worst. 1 out of 5 times they get my order right. And God forbid you bring it back bc they didn't make it right. And IF THEY GET IT RIGHT IT LOOKS LIKE RHIS. WHO EVER MADE THIS JUST DIDNT GAF AND WENDYS OUGHTA BE ASHAMED. Any who. I promise you will have better luck on Wayne and Def out in rosewood.
