sticky floors, dirty tables, drink/condiment station was a mess! we eat at Wendy's most of the time we're looking for a quick bite to eat, we will drive up to Kenly next time.

Kuyant or Keyant (the manger) & Amani are the best had a bad experience at one Wendy’s and they definitely made up for it.. Will start visiting this location more !!!

Their chicken nuggets come stuck together and they put cheese on when they know you’re lactose intolerant. Service just as cheap as their prices.

Ordered the spicy garlic Parm bites. I received over cooked nuggets in a bath of oil. They were literally sitting in a 1/4 inch of the "garlic Parm" oil flavor stuff. Very disappointed.

What a real mess of Wendy’s franchise and an even worst management team, purchased on 29 November 2024 @ 07:18 PM. First they couldn’t find my order in the drive thru when we asked 3 times. I said cool I’ll come inside and show my receipt. The retaliation by this team is insane. I came In and magically my order was ready at the counter I thanked them and took (sealed bag) and frosty. As were driving home I ate the fries and moved on to burger took a bite and it was missing the burger patty and the bacon! Also there was no spoon in the bag for the frosty. Management mocked me when I got back and said the spoon was missing. Manager was smart and said they are in the counter behind you. Mind you every single time I’ve ordered at any Wendy before they were in the sealed bag. Took asking for a new frosty 3 times to get one, since they done I had was 75% melted. Insincere apology.

No, only did I get pork after requesting it not be on my burger; all of the girls with me, including myself, were served old hard stale buns. I understand we are having hard times here, but it's better to stay closed if you can serve something worth selling.

The only issue I have with ALL Wendy's is that they have one price on the board outside then when they ring u up for certain things it's a different price! And don't tell them it's not the right price cause they will tell u in a second they don't care what it says outside!
