Went inside after a hard day to get a good cup of chili, one of my favorite songs was playing and a sweet lady behind the counter gave me my food for free since I waited for a couple of minutes while they were dealing with drive thru traffic….made my day brighter and that’s all I could’ve asked for ❤️‍🩹

I’ve been eating at fast food restaurants for a long time and never encountered the service I received at this Wendy’s. The young lady helping us delivered our food to the table with a smile, asked if we needed condiments, delivered the condiments, corrected an issue with our order, and made sure we were comfortable and happy. I received better service at this Wendy’s than I’ve received in restaurants all over the South. Job well done!!

I ordered the new chicken tenders meal the tenders was fresh 10/10 but the fries where cold and I didn’t get the signature sauce I asked for the jr bacon cheeseburger was on point and the tangerine drink was good 2

The Wendy’s that’s fairly “new” in mar Mac is the lamest excuse for a Wendy’s restaurant..they don’t have a scanner when they haven’t even been open longer than a year if even so you can forget about points or redeeming any “deals” at this store. The only guy that was taking orders for the dining room ignored my wife clocked out and went home. The drink machine doesn’t taste like it’s calibrated correctly so everything taste bland or like soda water. Don’t waste your time here drive to Rosewood if you want a good Wendy’s experience

This used to be one of the best Wendy's to go to when they first open, now it is just as nasty as it can be. And the people are slack leaning up against the walls while the dining room is filthy, no ambition to work at all.

For such a new store it sure was nasty. Nasty restrooms and the counter was nasty 🤢. Standing at the counter and the kitchen was nasty and the I guess manager was on his phone when he should have been cleaning.

New building with one stall bathrooms, great for families. The staff was so kind, my daughter dropped her fries and they made us new fries without us asking for them. We love Wendy’s and this location is great!

The food was… okay. We went inside to eat and they had no toilet paper, no paper towels, no napkins, no ketchup, and no coke products were available in the drink machine. I asked the worker for napkins and got a very rude attitude as they said, we are out! I asked if they had any paper towels or literally anything like that because I had two children and they obviously get messy when they eat. They went to the back and brought me some paper towels from their employee hand washing sink and threw them down on the counter. This is a very new location with terrible customer service, just okay food, and apparently completely out of everything! Will NOT be visiting this location again.

Based on "my" experience I am going to avoid this place at all cost. The staff is mediocre. No proper greeting. If the customer service is going to be poor at least step up with the food quality. Upon ordering my food Shailer took my order; to make matters worst he was chewing gum over my food. Management is not concerned about public health. Never again for "me."

OK, I’m a be honest with you guys. The food was great, but I’m gonna have to give it a one star Because of the people working there or at least the people that I was in there with.. so me and my friend went into Wendy’s to order keep in mind it was around 9:45 pm when we got there and we ordered our food and it was pretty quick can’t complain and when it got to us eating, we were not even three minutes into our food and we were getting kicked out because the lobby was closed now I’m pretty sure that if a person is in there, I’m pretty sure you can’t just kick them out when they’re eating their food. I’m pretty sure you have to wait and they’re being pretty rude about it. There was one lady that was nice about it but the one that seemed to be the manager or the kitchen manager was extremely rude and yelled at us saying that we had to leave because it was 10 and she was honestly very rude and unprofessional about it
