Called to get a specific detail on my order, female answered and when telling her if they could poke four holes on the plastic trays so the food wouldn’t get soggy she said “four holes” with a attitude, I said “yeah, so the food doesn’t get soggy” , she hangs up and didn’t answer after trying to re call 2 other times. I know it’s an odd thing to ask, but they didn’t have to hang up on me making me feel even more weird on asking .

I was on the way back from Wilson which was about 30 min drive, ordered my food online and when I got there, they hadn’t even started on it. It took another 25 mins then when I finally get home, my chicken sandwich has no top bun! The fries were not even cut. It felt like I was eating half a potato.. never again
Waited over 20 mins for 10 wings. It wasn’t busy, it’s just that a few of the employees made meals for themselves first and then clocked out and left.

Today I got a CC charge from this place, I’ve never been there and haven’t been near Goldsboro in a couple years. They should verify the card before the accept it. Shows me they either don’t care or they are ignorant
