Ordered online which was pretty easy and it gave me a pickup time of 4:22-4:33. The cashier was very rude. She act like she was upset because I asked if my food was ready after 4:33. Once My food was ready she took the to-go bag and just stuck it with the other ones even though I had just asked her and gave her my name. I saw my name on the bag so I had to go up to the register and ask for my food again. Since she was walking off to go help cook this seemed to have irritated her because she had to come back and get the bag. She could have just handed it to me. She knew I was standing there. The place was dirty. Napkins and trash on the floor.

Me and my brother came in we got some wings and service was trash the guy that took our order was nice but the lady that was preparing orders was so angry to be there I don’t know why I work in a fast food place as well I understand it can be stressful sometimes but it doesn't mean I’m gonna be mean to my customers and give them a attitude we was trying to get our drinks there was a man infrot of us getting his drinks and he told the lady “there’s no ice” and she extremely rude responded. This is sad bc I really love wing stop and it’s close by, never would be coming back and feel uncomfortable again.

Workers were cutting up laughing obnoxiously while watching videos on their phone eating hot cheetos on the line where they prep customer orders and not washing their hands before touching food i was also racially discriminated against because the customer before me was a black man who asked for an extra ranch and they said yeah sure here you go I then asked for an extra ranch and was told $1. 48. The soda dispenser was extremely dirty also. 0/10 do not recommend

Great food. However, they didn't have the size cup that I ordered with my online order and they had to give me two smaller cup just to satisfy me,but the manager of this location need to do better in the ordering process of supplies and not having cups is no excuse.

I got Wingstop yesterday and I got 3 tenders the Louisiana rub flavor and I Louisiana voodoo fries and I though I was okay but then my stomach started hurting and then I had diarrhea and then I threw up and repeat so I will not be going to wing stop no more
