I’m giving these guys 4 stars because they did something that Wendy’s Didn’t: actually serve me… I spent the afternoon riding around on my electric bike looking at houses. I went to Wendy’s and they were so busy trying to deal with DoorDash people that I was just completely ignored. So I went across the street to Arby’s (yep its a little more but)..it was nice quiet not a ton of people. The girl was real nice and my food was good.(and their wraps are always enough for two servings, which is great) So, as I told her, the underdog wins this time, because, One thing people are not doing at that Arby’s is getting tons of DoorDash and that’s fine by me. I’ll take my quiet, Little Arbys. Oh yeah I got the buffalo chicken wrap it’s great!!!

Always friendly and fast. Food is always hot and fresh. My granddaughter loves it ❤️
The food was as disappointing and as expensive as ever. My problem isn't with this spicific location, moreover the idea that fast food is more expensive than its traditional restaurant counterparts for the same cheap, disappointing portions of cheap beef and flash-frozen fries.I often highlight this trend in other reviews concerning chain restaurants; the food quality and portions are insulting for the price you pay.

Tomatoes on the burger was soggy. Disappointing because my brother’s burger was hot and fresh smoking hot and mine was not.I went back and got the same burger as my brother, the big bacon cheesy burger and it was much better. That’s the one I’ll go with next time.
Food was cold, missing one fry and the crisps on my sandwich were stale.

This was more for nostalgia purposes. The burger wasn't good . Arby's dose have some good stuff, dont get me wrong. The cleanliness here was on par. The customer service was good as well.
I ordered DoorDash @10:30-11. They told me they didn’t have any food at 12 am when it was time for them to close . And only refunded me SOME of my money .

This Location is a Joke Person at Drive thru mumbles Two people ahead of me drove off , which I did myself Ordered the 2 for 9.99 Special 2 Beef n Cheddar 2 Curly fries and 2 Drinks was 22.00 Dollars and some Change I asked about it He didn't have a Clue what I was talking about So I said Forget it plus All the Lights around Perimeter of Parking lot were Out Looked like it was Closed to Start with I won't be Going Back, Website says that this Location Honors that Special

The Dining Room is closed at 7:45pm on Sunday. Covid is over and still this location doesn't seem to keep the Dining Room open. I haven't eaten Arby's in Graham since 2020 and, after this evening, looks like I won't be returning to this location again. Turning potential clients away is not an effective way to stay in business.
