THE WORST BOJANGLES IN TOWN! absolutely rude staff and disrespectful towards customers. the girl training and her manager were a nightmare! they had called out a order and i told them that the girl had left, and the new girl rolled her eyes at me and said nobody asked me. her manager was also rude to customers, having a attitude when they simple asked for the cup that THEY FORGOT. the one on Maple ave is the BEST ONE, i would drive a little farther to not have to deal with that. Unbelievable.

Came through the drive thru at 9:27pm. I wanted to oder for my family of 7. Firstly they said they weren't gonna drop chicken after 10pm it was about 9:30 . I wanted to order 2 family meal and 2 gallon of tea once they said they weren't going to drop any chicken it was a turn off and it wasn't even 10:00 p.m. I do not recommend anyone to go there worst Bojangles experience I've ever had avoid the one in Graham

I was parked for fresh chicken, I went inside after about 20 minutes of waiting and it was never dropped in the fryer because the manager “never received notice from the drive through”. After about an hour total of waiting since I arrived, I finally received my food.

Charged an extra 50 cents for honey mustard on a 5 piece supreme but not on a 3 piece, sweet tea is not sweet and watered down on top of that.
Pretty sure this location exists solely to rip off people who stop there off I-40, avoid at all costs.
Ten minutes wait to order, twenty minutes wait for food, many drive thru people coming in with wrong order, chaotic.
Parking: Drive thru line blocks parking making it difficult to park or leave.
