We stopped here to get breakfast. It took atleast 5 minutes to be recognized while standing at the register. Asked if sauce was in my bag to be sure it wasn't forgotten because they were kind of busy and the manager got smart about it. I only asked because another customer came in from drive through missing a whole biscuit that was on his ticket. The biscuit weren't done all the way. I just put it in my airfryer.

In the past I've had bad experiences with this business with old food and overcooked rice etc and unprofessional employees. I haven't been in some time because of this so I was really apprehensive about going today 8-7-25 at 6:30pm but I figured I would try one more time. Well I was pleasantly surprised. First off,I was impressed with the AI greeting me at the drive-thru. Never dealt with one of these before. It got my order correct and even clarified with me what type of beans I wanted. Service was fast and when I got home the food was excellent. The chicken, biscuits, dirty rice and cajun beans were all fresh and cooked to perfection. The crew working tonight totally changed my outlook on this business. Keep doing what you did tonight and I'm sure you'll get repeat customers. Kudos to the crew !

I got there at 6pm on a Saturday. They had no bacon, no sausage, and was told that their grill was closed so they couldn't make more. They're open until 11pm and by 6 they're not able to serve a large portion of the menu.

THE WORST BOJANGLES IN TOWN! absolutely rude staff and disrespectful towards customers. the girl training and her manager were a nightmare! they had called out a order and i told them that the girl had left, and the new girl rolled her eyes at me and said nobody asked me. her manager was also rude to customers, having a attitude when they simple asked for the cup that THEY FORGOT. the one on Maple ave is the BEST ONE, i would drive a little farther to not have to deal with that. Unbelievable.

Came through the drive thru at 9:27pm. I wanted to oder for my family of 7. Firstly they said they weren't gonna drop chicken after 10pm it was about 9:30 . I wanted to order 2 family meal and 2 gallon of tea once they said they weren't going to drop any chicken it was a turn off and it wasn't even 10:00 p.m. I do not recommend anyone to go there worst Bojangles experience I've ever had avoid the one in Graham
