Witnessed employee reach into her shirt to adjust her bra strap, then continue to prepare food. After discussing with manager and assured it wouldn’t happen again. Next trip, same girl making same adjustments while preparing food, DO BETTER!

I stood at the front register for 10 minutes with no customers in front of me. And waiting another 20 to receive my food mind you no long line but did have to wait for meal pass my lunch break.

Everybody is yelling at each other early in the morning, I’m waiting on my food to be given to me while they are confused on what needs to be made. I ended up getting someone else’s order instead of what I paid for and didn’t have time to go back cuz of work. Terrible service

This is the slowest Bojangles in NC. Terrible! They have food bar but refuse to use it. That’s just lazy. Most people just want chicken or the tenders, why not utilize the bar that you have. 4 out of 5 times I come I end up leaving to go to Popeyes.

Barely average Cajun fillet sandwich. I’ve had better but it was still good for sure. Maybe they’re downsizing portions. The front end staff was great, happy to see me and chit chat a bit since there was no one behind me in line. As BoJangles go, this one was exceptionally clean, efficient, and a pleasure to visit. I’ll be back vs other locations.

I never really have great experiences with this location, but I try to be optimistic and come back every other year or so just to see if anything has improved. Now a robot takes your order, and the woman at the drive thru window acts disgusted that she has to interact with with another human. And if you like that really thinly sliced deli meat, get the country ham biscuit. This place gave me depression.

They FINALLY replaced the whole team that was there because they were horrible. The new folks are awesome, no waiting on food anymore.

The reason I’m giving them a three star is because I was told they were out of sweet tea for one of my meals, but they had the other two so I said that was fine and replaced it with a lemonade. But then when we got down the highway and tasted the teas. They were most definitely unsweetened! I had to go to a gas station to get sweet tea, when it could have easily been switched out for lemonade!

I usually stop by a few times a week early morning for two biscuits. This particular morning, my biscuits seemed very hard, not like my usual biscuits.

The AI at the order menu was very different and took me a second to get use to. The young lady at the window was polite and asked me to confirm my order. However, the chicken was lukewarm and tasted as if it had been sitting for a while, definitely not fresh. The biscuit was also lukewarm and did not taste fresh. Not the best experience food wise.

I will not be going back to this location. My chicken sandwich was so old and hard that i had to throw it away. How could they even serve this to their customers.

I’ve seen so many bad reviews about this Bojangles, However, I have went two days in a row and have had the same female at the window both days and she has been exceptionally nice. Today I went and she was willing to go above and beyond to get me some gravy with no sausage in it, I politely thanked her, but told her I was OK. So often kids these days that work in drive thru are not nice and are not willing to go above and beyond so I feel like it is important that we recognize the people of the younger generation when they do things like this

Visited at 530pm on a Sunday and the doors were locked. Employees just stared at us and didn't bother communicating. No signs on the doors or anything.
