We've been to this location twice. The first time they forgot our fries. Workers were under trained. Bathrooms were dirty Second time they couldn't accept cards and didn't have buns. Trash in the main area was overflowing even though they were not busy.

The service is the worst. This store is always understaffed. It's a gamble as to whether or not you have the right food in your order. Yesterday inside the restaurant, the cashier took our order but there was no one at the counter to fill our order. There was at least 10 people waiting for orders to be filled. This was supposed to be a quick stop on the way to work that turned into nearly a 30 minute wait. The early morning staff is great. But after they leave they need to close the store down or just hire more help.

Went through drive through. They have someone working drive through that doesn't even speak loud enough to understand. I ordered the 2 for $5 ham biscuits and they charged $6.58 before tax. So they aren't friendly and they over charge.

Got my order wrong after I waited for 7 minutes! Then when I had to come inside I got attitude and waited for 15 more minutes!! Noone even spoke about what was taking so long!! This company just needs to close down Graham location!!

Absolutely the worst staff! I stood in line for 15 minutes people ahead of me that waited longer left. Entire time no one acknowledged us customers not a good morning or I’ll be with you in just a moment. We watched them clear the drive through and when I finally spoke up the manager looked at me and turned away. And when I spoke up again I’m told that we had to wait until they finished a “big” order. From personal experience working in fast food I know that you can still take our order. The manager told the team member to wait on taking our order. The service there is absolutely poor.

When my wife, son and I walked in the first thing we heard were cuss words coming from an employee. Then we were told someone would be with us shortly (we were the only ones in the restaurant) and the drive thru was not busy maybe one or two cars. Once the manager took our order and put our supremes on a plate with the biscuit we waited while the manager and employees looked at cupcakes. Only for them to realize after we waited what seemed to be forever that the sides they were waiting on were ready all along in the drive thru area. Needless to say the food was not what we expected from this corporate owned store. They forgot part of the order and I needed to go back to get my drink, I also asked for ketchup, the employee told me they didn't have any so I started back to my table when she told me she was joking. I mentioned that after waiting for our food I was not in a joking mood; she responded by saying she didn't know how long were had been waiting! Of course she didn't, they entire staff had thier attention on someone entirely different than serving customers.
