I had higher expectations when I read the menu of Brioche Buns and hoping for a good quality burger.
Clearly frozen unseasoned patties before hitting the cook top and not remotly juicy, kinda on the dry side. buns from the bottom shelf at Walmart, lettuce that I'd feed to a turtle, but the fries were seasoned OK. Chicken sandwich that was chewy and meh.
Very disappointed in the quality for the price. Do not reccomend, and will not return.

Stopped at the Burger Bistro while attending an event. They served up some Great customer service. All the food is cooked to order, so come hungry and with your patience. The hangry burger was seasoned/cooked well. Those toppings were fresh. I’ll be back.

I am GLAD this truck was at the event! As a new plant based eater I was concerned I would have to leave to find food. I ordered the plant based combo & wooo wee YES!! It was cooked perfectly & tasted GREAT! I love a seasoned fry so I was ALL in!! I would definitely order from this food truck again!!

They have a large menu with something for everyone. My burger was cooked just how I like it. I would totally eat here again so I can try the other items. Was a great event.
I did not enjoy my experience with Burger Bistro at all. The burger was basically a reheated frozen patty and the fries were undercooked. The fact that my burger and fries were $14 is absurd for the quality that was provided. They were the only food option at an event I was attending and I would've been better off just not eating anything.Edit: Regarding their reply, the problem wasn't that my food was an outlier of poor quality, the problem is that the food is just poor quality in general. Not only were both my and my friend's fries undercooked, but I overhead a woman at the bar saying hers were as well. Also, if those are indeed freshly made patties like they claim then that is even more disappointing. It was the equivalent of a cafeteria burger. I don't have any notion that they could have conjured up anything better had I spoken to them.

Friendly cashier, there was a crowd but wait time as expected for freshly cooked food. Food was delicious. Would definitely eat here again.

I wish I could write a more positive review, as I wanted to like this restaurant. I ordered the plant-based patty, as I am a vegetarian, and after taking a bite of my food, realized that it seemed not to be plant-based. I went back to notify the customer service team, who after inspecting my food, told me it was lamb. I said I was disappointed, and he responded "It's ok." To me, it was not ok. They also added cheese to my son's burger when we asked for no cheese, and forgot to add bacon to other sandwiches. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this food truck.
