Fun place. Stays open LATE late. Two drive-thru lines. Food is great considering how busy they are. Same for the employees. Always nice even when things are hectic. Oh, and like a million different flavors of shakes! 😋

First and last time visiting. The service was awful— the person taking my order was short and rude, and the same unpleasant attitude continued at the window. It felt like this location is focused on getting customers in and out as quickly as possible, not on basic customer service.
Unfortunately, the food was just as bad. The hot dogs were cold and so overloaded with ketchup and mustard that the bun was completely soaked. The coleslaw was basically just chopped cabbage. You get what you pay for.

The left side speaker is terrible. Can't hear them and apparently they can't hear you because ordering was excruciatingly tedious, having to repeat everything only to not have it confirmed. They charged me an extra dollar for a side of sauce because they didn't hear me order it the first time. Listen up or get some better service people on your speakers.

The people who take the orders always make me feel rushed....I wish they would slow down and not try to push you through as quickly as possible. They have amazing milkshakes. The food has went downhill over the last few years, not exactly sure why, but the order has always been right for me.

Ordered a Big Double with mayo, onion and lettuce. Had to be the poorest made burger I’ve ever seen. Two rings of onion as big as a quarter, a sprig of lettuce that was barely big enough to cover the onions and maybe a quarter teaspoon of mayo. The food quality has diminished greatly. Not worth going back. I’m done with Cookout
Me and my friends ride up here on our bikes atleast 2 times a month, we love it here. I would give a 5 star but sometimes I don’t get any sauce, like any restaurant. Highly recommend, make sure you get your sauce though
