Today was probably the rudest behavior I have experience at a resturant/ fast food joint. Kept getting intrupted, rushed and the tone was just mean. The people taking these orders are the face/ voice of your establishment please do better. I may try a different location in the future.

It's unfortunate that exceptional customer service is hard to find. They want you to accommodate them but seem to miss the mark at accommodating their customers. The unnecessary attitude received from Olivia is highly unnecessary especially if her only job is to listen to the speaker input the order and make the drinks. How do you get an attitude because YOU made the wrong drink. When a recommendation is made to help you all it's not meant to be shrugged off as if the consumers are not the one aiding in your paycheck. Please work on this!

They messed up the order of three milkshakes. I will not go back. Maybe hire people that can get the orders correct and a system so they can hear clearly

For it to be late night fast food tonight was 10/10 my freshly fried to crisp chicken nuggets were perfect and the spicy yet delicious Cajun chicken wrap hit my soul with every bite then to wash it all down with the iconic Sweet Ice tea was the chef’s kiss I appreciate Italy who made sure to repeat my order and greeted me with a smile along with other fellow workers this is how you run a fast food restaurant thanks guys for your hard work!
