The intercom is awful so neither of us could hear each other which caused the order to be wrong. The food was all threw together and messy. Hushpuppies were burnt and old.

I've been here twice and have had great experiences both times. Service is friendly and fast, food is delicious, and the price can't be beat. $8 for a good amount of fries and a double bacon cheeseburger is a deal these days. I'm super satisfied with this location!

I was looking forward to my fancy milkshake. I chose flavors oreo, chocolate, and caramel fudge. To my disappointment the entire milkshake was oreo. ?. It was good ,but I was looking for amazing.

Biggest complaint is the design of the lot. Once you turn in, there's no leaving. Very busy place especially at certain times.
Check your receipts! The manager/s at this Cook-Out have their employees secretly upgrading sodas to huge size on trays in order to make their sales apppear higher!Cook out trays come with large size sodas, FYI!!! I'm sure it's not the only sneaky charges they try to sneak in, so be sure to pay attention to your total amounts. Will be calling corporate asap!
