Pan seared salmon was excellent and fried Brussels sprouts were wonderful. My husband had the fried oysters and homemade potato chips. They were excellent. The fish burger had a generous slab of fish and it looked delicious. The others had burgers and said they were very good.

We stopped here for lunch after meeting with a local realtor. My husband had a burger and I had the chicken tacos. Both were fantastic. Draft beer was cold with unique selections. Service was perfect and price was very reasonable. All around great place!!

This restaurant has outdoor seating where my dog was able to join in on a great meal of potato soup, grilled cheese (old school white bread and American cheese--yum!), fried brussels sprouts and an absolutely delicious coconut icebox pie. Very friendly service, yummy food.

Not familiar with the town, we looked for a place to geet a good draft beer that wasn't a chaineartery. We were not disapointed with The Verdict (on the courthouse square: get it?). I had a wonderful full salad with grilled chicken and my spouse had a great sandwich. Would definitely return if in the area.
Cold and undercooked food. My daughter found a bread twist tie inside her grill cheese. We will not be back.

We were immediately favorably impressed by the look and layout of the restaurant ... neat and tidy, convenient, with choice of inside or outside. Also, the menu is intriguing, from burgers to steaks, to oysters, to tacos and interesting salads. I even scoped the impressive single malt Scotch selection, for a possible future dinner visit. CoVid precautions were in place. Kaylee, our waitress, did a nice job answering our questions and looking after us. We ordered the veggie burger and Cubano, with house made fries, and were well satisfied. This restaurant knows what it is about and we plan to return soon.
