Graham Soda Shop and Grill

Hard review to write because this place used to be amazing. At a rec sporting event, I heard some other parents talking about how the Soda Shop’s salads had gone downhill, so decided to see for myself.
The salad portions are half of what they used to be, and both my wife and I had to pick out multiple pieces of grossly discolored lettuce. The bad lettuce can happen but the portions are something within the restaurant’s control. Add that to the fact that our server brought us plastic silverware, and we had to get up to ask another server for real forks and knives, which they had plenty of, and it was just a bitter experience overall.
I’d rather pay more and have the same quality and portions. I hope management sees this review and makes adjustments because this place used to be a staple. People are talking about the corners you’re cutting!

Was there tonight. Had to wait a long time on food. Once we got the food the burgers were burned and dry. Frys were cold. Usually this is a good place, but tonight was off.

We waited over an hour for our food, when we finally walked up to ask the waitress since she never came back to our table, she told us they forgot to print the order and hadn’t started cooking our food.

The real clue was when people who ordered after us started getting their food, but the waitress never did come back to check on us after taking our order.

Very displeased. We always come here and normally eat in house (early in the day) but I guess it's different if you order different outside of eating in house. I typically eat really late once evening hits so I typically get things to go while my kids eat in house. Placed an order. I watched as everyone's else's rodeo burger came out perfect with the sauce and onion rings. I had the salad packed to go with my son's order of legends chicken strips bc he doesn't eat it and I will so I asked for it to be packed while they took the 20-30 minutes to eat while my husband and mine were to go.
No onion rings with the rodeo burger at all and soggy lettuce for the salad. We live 15 monies from here and have for multiple yrs. See pictures on Google as most recently updated photos. Always a good place to eat when in Graham! Every time I go the food is always consistently good! If you are passing through it’s definitely worth the stop!

This is the third time this week I’ve come in to pick up a take out order and the order was not ready at said pick up time. Today, after being ignored and patiently waiting 10 minutes tried to get some help by asking approximate time, I was told they’re working on it. Several minutes later, I ask again and was told “I SAID they’re working on it”. I’ve heard many complaints about their service, but have now experienced it first hand. Never again will I associate myself with this place. Attitudes need checked and the staff need some training on how to interact with ALL customers.

Everytime I eat here the food is not good. Cheese sticks under cooked everytime, got a cheese bacon burger add onion rings it was cooked and the onion were hard form not being cooked right, had to ask everytime for a refill, then when I got dessert it was a little piece not even the size of my hand for $6.99. I will never be going back that. And the owner chuck and Jennifer are very rude.
