I've only been a few times and both happened to be on karaoke night which I *think* is Wednesdays. I saw reviews that were 1 star that spoke of the bartender not getting with them soon enough but I feel like they didn't give her the time and patience she deserved for the amount of patrons that the bar has and 1 person taking care of all of them, personally. One review said they waited for 5 minutes and I mean, what sort of instant gratification junkie and how impatient...
We went to see Cory Luetjen and the Traveling Blue Band. Great show by the way!This is a local bar with interesting decor. My husband's a veteran so we liked seeing all the different military flags hanging on ceiling.Bathroom decor was interesting as well. Bartender was busy but she kept up with everyone. Only negative, no food, but restaurants within walking distance.They also have security, a plus ?
Love Maple Street Tavern, Sunday bloody marys, karaoke ? night Wednesday, open ? Thursday and bands on the weekend. Stop in and say hello every one is friendly. Great owners and staff.
