I don't know why this place has such bad reviews. it's 10:30pm and the drive thru is PACKED. we still got our food very fast. the person taking our order and the person who gave us our meal were both very friendly. food is fresh too. thanks y'all!

I have made the mistake of coming back here multiple times since I live in the area. Not once have I had a good experience. There are always issues to be had. The drive thru is always slow, inside you can never get anyone's attention, and the app doesn't work well with this location. Not only are there issues with every form of ordering here the staff is so rude and mean. Don't come here if youre in a rush or want your food in a timely manner. Today I placed an order on the app. The app wasnt working when I tried to click i was here it just froze up, so i asked for help. The person at the counter pretended to do something bc no one had come to help me even 30 min later. I finally got the managers attention she said the order never went through. She had to press a button to make it go through and i got my order in about 3 min after that. Are you kidding me????? What the heck. This is why you shouldn't pretend to fix a problem because it can be solved in 2 seconds. I don't know what's wrong with this location they're not right. They didn't even apologize to me or try to make it better. She didnt even tell me have a good day. I am livid and can't get into contact with customer support. I shouldn't have to wait over 30 minutes for a mcdonalds order. I have never been this angry from a food place ever.

When I went to McDonaldâs today they forgot my ranch so I went up to ask them if I could get some and when this guy came up to me he was like âwhat do you need mamiâ that is unprofessional and I felt very uncomfortable mind you im only 15 years old.

Worthless people working in this store you stand there for 20 mins waiting for someone to take your order while people are just standing around on there phone. This store needs to be shut down and have all new employees put in. Every time I go in here they ignore you and pretend like youâre not standing there. Drive through is a pull around and park every time. Worthless excuse for a McDonaldâs

I get a high ratings because their diet coke is the best I wouldn't say other food is the best but I'm giving a higher rating because it is usually a place you can go to get some cheap drinks
