My two kids and I went here today to have lunch and we came in found a table or completely ignored for a good 7 minutes. People came in to pick up to go orders we were never once greeted told to hang on will be right with you anything. Finally my kids and I left and went to another restaurant to eat our lunch. I really am disappointed in this because I do like this food at this establishment. I don't know if I will be giving them another chance or not so because I was hangry and it is not good when you're hungry and want to have lunch and not even get acknowledged.

We have been coming here for years now and dinner the other night was a let down. We don't eat here often as we know it's kind of pricey but we didn't used to mind because the quality was high. This time, the rangoons were kind of burnt and just luke warm. The hibachi steak was tough and rubbery. The shrimp were obviously on a very hot grill and for too long. Some items were hot and others just barely warm. Mind you, we live less than 5 minutes away. The veggies were the only part still consistent from previous visits. Also when ordering take out it told us 10-20 mins for our food to ready. We arrived around 15 mins after ordering and didn't receive our food until almost 40 mins after ordering. We feel we overpaid for the quality of food we received.

The owner & staff here are absolutely so caring & kind to their customers. They're very attentive. The food is always made to order & the portions are always so fulfilling. I like asking for recommendations on dishes & beverages & if I don't like something I ask for ways to make it taste better & so far Hong has come through. I highly recommend this restaurant. It's my new favorite spot to go to for sure.
