My boyfriend just literally got back with his order and this is how the fries are in the bag with no casing. He ordered a 12 pc honey lemon pepper wing and was given 8 so he returned. He was then offered breast instead. The quality of fast food service is going down tremendously

The night crew is awful. Don't get your order right. They're slow as hell and there wasn't even a line. Gave me wrong food, forgot the biscuit and wrong soda.
The day I was there, they had zero chicken breast until the next day.

Worst experience ever. I waited 30 minutes for my food which was said to take 10 minutes and once I get my food I don’t even have my 2 apple pies I ordered. I go back in and ask for my 2 apple pies and the worker is just putting them in the oven. Laziest workers I’ve ever seen 😐.

It seems like every time I come here something is gonna be wrong. I ordered shrimp combo never even got the cocktail sauce so I gotta eat dry shrimp. Can’t even eat my Mac and cheese because I never even got any utensils to even eat it with. I only got 6 fries for the combo. I’m pretty sure there should have been a little more. For 30 dollars in food seems like that’s a little bit more.

Waited over 40 minutes for food and was offered no type of compensation for the long wait. Ordered ghost pepper wings and got plain wings. Then they forgot to give us our drinks after all of that. We won’t be going back.
