As are most businesses with "nutrition" in the name selling "healthy" shakes and teas, this is a MLM storefront. This specific MLM has many lawsuits against it, as the health claims are inaccurate and dangerous. For your financial well-being and your long-term health, please avoid this pyramid scheme!

I went in Friday for the first time. I got a mud slid. Oh my goodness!! Loved it. The girls were great. I'm excited to go back.
I'm new to working in the area and I was excited when a coworker recommended Shamrock Nutrition to me! I arrived and saw that they were taking orders at the door due to COVID-19(which was great!) and that there was no line even though it was around lunchtime. I had tried to locate a menu online prior to heading over there but I couldn't find one, so I took my time reading the menu that was posted in the window after I had arrived. Well when I turned around a group of 5 people had gotten in line, so I took my place behind them (which was fine!) After waiting a few minutes the group turned to me and told me that they noticed that I was there before them and I could go ahead of them. I thanked them and went ahead and waited in the doorway. I observed the lady (I believe her name was Mel) taking orders over the phone, as well as the person in front of me, she was polite and friendly and offered them $1 to check in on Facebook. Well then it was my turn - she literally looked RIGHT past me as if I didn't even exist and started talking to the group of 5 and asking them what they were getting today. I felt discouraged but gave her the benefit of the doubt - that maybe she was overwhelmed and moved back behind the group. Once they finished and I finally got to the front of the line again, Mel was incredibly rude - I asked about the the calorie count for the shake I had chosen and she just pointed to the menu saying "it SAYS no more than 250 calories" - she asked me for my email address, didn't tell me for what reason, didn't provide me a receipt and acted like I was annoying her when I asked for more information about one of the flavors of shakes. And I was not offered $1 off to check in on Facebook, even though I had listened to her tell EVERYONE else. While the interactions I observed before me were warm, friendly and welcoming - when it came to me, it was as if I was a bother to her, as if I wasn't welcome at the establishment. I then watched as the group of 5 shakes came out, then the shake for the gentleman who arrived and ordered 5 minutes after I did and I still waited. When all was said and done, I had arrived at around 1:05pm and I did not leave until 1:41pm(making me late getting back to work.) By the time I finally received my shake from the younger lady (who was equally as rude) Mel did half way attempt to apologize, because she could see I was upset. I never EVER write negative reviews, but I was SO upset - my coworker described a warm, uplifting place with healthy options, and I have never felt so unwanted in a place of business. The shake was tasty and I've always been interested in Herbalife, and I was looking forward to having a go to lunch place - but I will absolutely not be back.

I really like the look and the environment of the little shop. I personally did not care for the shakes, but I love their policy that if you don't like it they will drink it. The only issue I had was that I did not like my first shake and one of the ladies who is a police officer and also works in the shop was very rude. I told her the shake wasn't smooth how I usually like and she said to me, "People who are only used to drinking milkshakes would probably think that." That was very demeaning to me. I have been drinking different kinds of protein shakes for a very long time because I am into fitness. That is why my friend brought me to shamrock, but I did not like the shakes personally. It was drinkable. I could have gotten it down, but it was not what I was used to. I don't know if I offended this lady or if she just isn't used to someone not liking the shakes, but she was even rude to me the second time I went back. She would not speak to me, but the other lady is very nice. I posted a picture of my workout progress from drinking the "milk shakes" that I do like.

I'm town visiting my boyfriends family and we decided to go to the gym and I wanted a protein shake after. I typed protein shake into yelp and this company appeared first. I'm glad I came in. The young lady who helped me was very sweet and excited that I stopped in (I get mistaken for Bey all the time lol j/k I get mistaken for Janet lol ) but she could tell I was a first time visitor and assisted me in choosing a yummy sugar free green tea and also a protein shake. they offer a very a welcoming atmosphere, I was greeted as soon as I walked in. They were busy helping regulars which was nice to see. There are tables for people to sit and enjoy their drinks. I liked that it gives you a chance to slow down and enjoy the smoothie lol the next time I'm in the area I will make sure to stop by here an try more of the menu! The employees were very knowledgeable about the products and the benefits of the items such as the benefits of aloe. Can't wait to stop in and take another shot of aloe woot woot!
