A Great nutritious meal in a cup. Very delicious. Taste like a milk shake but this protein shake has 24 grams of protein, 21 vitamins & minerals and my shake was only 250 calories. Go try Shamrock Nutrition. You wont be disappointed
I just moved work location to Alamance county and was looking for healthy food options. I’m a personal trainer and also vegan so quality nutrition is really big for me. I came across Shamrock from googling juice bars near me and it was a blessing from the moment i walked in. Great vibes and amazing energy from the owner.
