Loved the samples, you actually get to try and see what you like the best! Really great creamy icecream on this blazing hot summer day!
Ice cream was lacking flavor and was freezer burned. Didn't know it was possible to mess up ice cream but apparently it is. Won't be back
The chocolate dipped waffle cone was the perfect complement to our cinnamon chip ice cream. Delicious!
Wow. I really thought my experiences here were isolated, but I see many reviews say the same thing.
1. Ridiculously small portions for the price and freezer burn. This is not a company-wide thing. The Elon location has generous servings and no freezer burn. Regardless, my special needs 9 year old really wanted her favorite flavor that I can't readily find in a grocery store.
2. The store does not honor their posted hours. This is not the first time I have showed up and they were closed during business hours. So I sent an email to the address posted on the website:
I came in this evening at 7:33pm after verifying the hours online. When I arrived, the front door was bolted. I checked the hours on the door, and it said 8pm. I knocked, and the girl behind the counter said she was closed. I said it's not 8 pm yet. She stared at me. I said it's only 7:33pm. She shrugged and said we're closed. She wouldn't even come to the door to speak. I had a minimum of a $50 to-go order to place for 8 children and 3 adults. That sale went to Whit's tonight. So unprofessional and agitating. Especially having to explain to my 9-year-old autistic daughter that she couldn't have her favorite flavor ice cream that I promised her (the chocolate amaretto cherry one).
Someone replied back within the hour:
We are sorry to hear about your recent Experience at our graham Location . We will definitely look into this and make sure each Employee follows the posted hours .
Again apologise to you and your family members for the inconvenience.
Thank you for providing the information .

JP, it sounds like you are heading a quickly sinking ship. Congratulations on your ability to disappoint children and adults alike. đđ»

Itâs an older shop. Nostalgia at work. There may be an acquired flavor for coming to a shop like this. No frills. Few seats.

This place use to be awesome. They no longer honor the local coupons they put out. And they donât clean well. If anyone gets mint favor all the ice cream will taste like it
SAVE YOUR MONEY! After a long wait I was served this freezer burnt ice cream that had a weird taste. To add insult to injury I tried to use a coupon from my Attraction coupon book and was told that it couldn't be accepted b/c they were under new management . That's cool you won't get another dollar from me. Good Luck!

First time, and it will be our last! After many years of driving by, we decided to give it a try, and the total experience was a mess... Including this place! The fellow at the counter could not understand us, much less did not even know what he had in the cooler. $15 for $8 worth of lacking flavor ice cream. The place is a dirty, and I'm assuming this has not been the norm over the years. I bet it goes bye-bye or to new owners soon.

Just donât. Donât.
Wow. This place changed management and itâs really bad.
I asked for a hot fudge sundae. I asked if it was hot fudge or chocolate sauce. I was told hot fudge. It was not.
It was some kind of rubbery, cold and dark substance with cardboard flavored whipped cream. I had to return it. The sundae was NOT worth $9.
The atmosphere is depressing and crowded with boxes. They removed the tables and trash can from outside.
You will have a MUCH better time and product at Whitts.
Finally, I do not blame the teenager that waited on us.

So freezer burnt that it was flaking in our cups and had no flavor. None of us, even our toddler, could finish. Cost $20 for 2 kiddie cups and a small. Save your money or go down the street to Wittâs or the Soda Shop.

Cashier was very nice. Ice cream was meh. There is a bench outside for 2. Don't lean against the fence. Graham has a portable skip/park? in the parking lot with manhole covers for tables. You'll want to avoid touching them if the sun is out to avoid burning yourself. Hire a consultant.

Me, my dad and another guy that works with us while in the work truck to hopefully use the bathroom and get some ice cream. We couldnât use the restroom because it was blocked off so we just went on and ordered anyway. My dad got a vanilla milkshake that was almost pure milk and not good at all. Not to mention a 16oz shake was $8. I ordered a hot fudge sundae and the so called hot fudge was literally chewy ? he said did I want whipped cream and I said yes so he pulled out a bowl that had liquid something and scooped on it with a spoon ?ââïž and charged me $8.49 for that and 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. I had to literally throw out all the âfudgeâ it was so gross but tried to eat the ice cream at least and peanuts so I didnât waste all my money. Needless to say I will not be going back there again for sure. WTH
