Staff is extremely rude. Walked in not greeted or acknowledged for the first 3 minutes. A lady ordering was kind enough to offer me a coupon for 2 footlongs at $12. It was only after the subs were made and I was ready to check out that I was told they would not honor the coupon. What happened to customer service?? If you hate working here that much then find another place to work.

Employees all looked mad,they didn't greet any customers and only gave a whispered what do you want? They really looked put upon to have to wait on anyone. There was a guy who finally took my order (he had been in back)he was better than the other 2. Anyway I get tired of restaurant workers who act like it's a chore to wait on the people who are paying their salary!!Let me say I worked retail for years and although everyone has an off day you can't just be nasty !!

Website and Google both say they open at 7am on Thursdays. Got there at 7:38am. Closed. Incredibly frustrating.

Used to be loyal to this location but tonight was our last visit. The man working had been the issue the past 3 times going. Told my fiance when he asked for extra mayo for my sub "who eats that much mayonnaise?" (It was barely any more than normal and yes I do like alotttt of it. It's the only mayonnaise I like at all). I always ask for my sub to be toasted twice and it looks and feels like it was toasted for 5 seconds and put no cheese when I asked for extra cheese. Paper thin subs even having atleast 3 toppings each. My fiance asked for a side of mayo in a cup (because he knew it wasn't enough for me) and the man refused and gave him packs of mayonnaise instead which is not the same (taste like all other mayonnaise). My fiance was embarrassed tonight because the man kept tapping the bottle of mayo to get enough out and there was a line behind him yet the man wouldn't just get more (funny the bottle is always empty when I'm there). And don't order online or you'll be very disappointed. Everytime I do in order to get an online deal, I wait until I'm in the store and then I stand there and tell them how I want everything. Very sad that in this day and time, I can't even get a decent sandwich for those prices and are treated like we have been.

3 separate times got a sandwich cold that was ordered toasted. Tried multiple times to call before placing another order just to check if the toaster was working. No answer. I’ve worked in restaurants before, so I’ll just go to another location now. Can’t understand the issue here, and have no redress except leaving a review considering Subway doesn’t have any kind of feedback loop linked to orders made on the app.

I got a meatball sub and found something in the sandwich and tossed the rest of my sub because I couldn't eat it. I got in contact and nothing. Waste of money.

It's always so filthy, which I find odd because it's never busy when I go there. Plenty of time to clean. The employees also have very bad habits, dirty knives to cut your sandwich, arguing and not paying attention. It's like the easiest fast food restaurant to work at, all you have to do is listen and follow directions. I've given this place chance after chance, I will never go to this location again... needs better management.

Employees were rude. Ordered online and our order wasn’t started until we arrived. The staff were in gym shorts, a lady was waiting to order and waited over 10 minutes to order, and another couple walked in, and one of the staff members yelled out a cuss word over the fact that more business was coming in. Next time, we’ll drive 20 more minutes to go to a different location. My husband never complains about service anywhere, and even he was appalled.
