I waited 10 minutes for someone to come collect payment from me to place an order. And no one came.

They service here is great. There was a mistake with one of my orders and without acetation they corrected the problem. I really appreciate the friendly staff.

First, I walked into the restaurant and nobody greeted me. I went and stood at the counter for approximately 10 mins, then someone directed me to use the kiosk if I want an order. No communication, no personality and was carrying on idle conversation about everything in the world, but their customers. One of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever encountered. Sad to say it’s my hometown Taco Bell, but will not be back. Horrible customer service and hope it can improve.
Lady in the window has the worst customer service there is. She was very rude and should not be working at all at the store. She needs to receive better training on how to serve your customers.

So I live in the country its a long way into town got home and my entire order was wrong and everything had sour cream after I said no sour cream on anything and paid extra now I have nothing to eat people need to do their jobs right or stay home stop wasting people's time and money this happens all the time

My drive-thru experience was exceptional. The young lady had a positive attitude and greeted me upon drive up. She took my order and verified my order with the total. She continued the positive customer service experience as I pulled to the next window. She repeated my order total, handed me my change, my order and stated to have a nice day. She was very pleasant. This location has always given me a positive and wonderful customer service.

We DoorDashed and accidentally left the beef off the taco when we placed the order. It was a key punch error. I went back and asked them to put the beef on them. The manager said “well it’s not our fault you ordered tacos without meat” and I said “would you order a burger from McDonalds without a burger!?”
She said, “Well that’s not my problem and that’s your mistake, not ours!” Instead of just making it right it became a black against white issue. Manager said I cussed them all out in which I didn’t albeit I was quite angry because ALL of the employees started yelling at me while the manager did nothing to deescalate the situation.
Always enjoyed the food when it was made correctly but needless to say I will NEVER be going back!!! If I can give negative stars on the service and atmosphere, I definitely would have done so.

This is one of the nastiest Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. My food came out wet and covered in sticky sauces from deserts. Do you waste your money like I did.

What kind of joke is this? I ordered a total of 4 burritos with extra steak and apparently their definition of “extra” means three sad little meat cubes and an empty tortilla. One of them was burnt so bad it looks like it got dropped in a campfire maybe that’s the “grilled” part? Whoever made these must’ve let a blindfolded toddler take over in the kitchen, because this is straight-up embarrassing. And listen, I know Taco Bell doesn’t offer vision insurance, but whoever is making these orders seriously needs to get their eyes checked and maybe learn how to read while they’re at it.

$8.71 and what exactly is this?? I’m pregnant, I’m annoyed & this location along with their customer service SUCKS. They hire anybody at this point. Stop serving people things you won’t eat yourself! Give us what we paid for, PERIOD.
