I love this food truck. I have lived in this area since 2015 and we have not had many great food options... Until now. The quesadillas are better than any quesadillas I have ever had in my entire life. Every time I take a bite it gets better and better. I hope that more people travel here to try this amazing food.
First trip to the taco truck in the big town of Eli Whitney and it won't be our last! Hands down 100% better than the "run of the mill" Mexican restaurant at the corner. If you're looking for some authentic Mexican food without a trip to Graham, make the stop here. We had four of their plates, and all were great. Great choices of protein, well prepared, large portions, flavorful and nice touches to each plate. Looking forward to more from these folks!
