Daughter's birthday cake looked wonderful! However, when we cut into it and ate it, it was very dry and flavorless. Not sure what happened, but this is not what I am used to from you all! Just got it on 3/17 and by 3/19 had to throw it out as it dried out.

The old lady that works the counter is the rudest! I was told of the .04 charge for using my card. That was fine but I wasn’t told it was .04 cents to the dollar (also not an issue) my problem is when I asked why I was charged more the older lady was rude and kept a saying “Whatever” or “it doesn’t matter”not a sorry just “Whatever”well no actually it does matter! Especially since you were sliding my unemployment card which would mean I was unemployed and choosing to spend the little extra I can put aside at your local business. After she said it the 3rd time I said “No thank you! Imma go ahead and take a refund”So because of your poor customer service you now had to eat the .04 on the dollar and got to keep your merchandise. My girls were extremely upset but understood that we cannot and will not spend out money with nasty people who don’t appreciate it!

Got an order through Door Dash and OMG the box is so heavy and smells so good!!! I did have a cream filled oatmeal cookie but I ate it before the picture. First time trying goodies from Tasty Bakery very pleased with my self care box ?Thank you for making your baked goodies available for delivery ?
